Ezra's POV

The wedding itself was just supposed to take place on the beach. I watched as Ever walked with Lola. She looked so beautiful. She was in a lavender dress that flowed in the wind, her dark hair in spiral curls with a silver metal headband holding her hair in place away from her face. Her beautiful eyes looking around curiously... then landing on me. A beautiful smile formed at her lips. My heart clenched. I couldn't help but smile back. She took a step towards me but Leo walked up to her. Her smile fell as she talked to him. He put his hands on her waist and she hesitated before wrapping her arms around his neck. I couldn't help but watch them together. Was she going to stay with him? He hasn't hurt her... I want her to be happy but I can't help but be jealous of him. My arms should be around her right now. I should be the one pressing my lips against hers, feeling her fingers playing with my hair. She suddenly pulled away from him and walked away to a table where I assume her bag was sitting because she rummaged around in it till she found her phone. I walked over to Leo. "What's wrong?"

"Lola is looking for her." He said. I nodded. Ever walked away to a building in the distance while talking on her phone. I went to follow her. When she hung up the phone I called her name. She looked to me.

"Hey." She smiled sadly.

"Hey." I smiled.

"Hey, I'm sorry about-"

"Me too." I cut her off. She smiled more and looked down. I moved to take ahold of her hands and she looked to our hands before looking up to me. "Ever-"

"No... don't... say anything..." she said moving closer to me. "Ezra... I love you... more than anything.... or anyone..." she smiled, and she started tearing up. "You make me so happy, you know?" She started laughing while crying. "You've been there for me so many times and you've picked me up off the ground when I'm at my lowest lows... if anyone deserves me it's you... i was horribly drunk the other night... and I said a bunch of shit that I didn't mean... but you... you mean so much to me... and I don't know what I would do without you in my life... but if you don't want to be apart of my life anymore... I completely understand-"

"Ever-"

"No just-"

"Ever I love you too." I said. She smiled even more and more tears fell down her face. I moved my hands to her cheeks and brushed the tears away. "I love you more than anything or anyone, and I would love to be apart of your life if you will have me."  She did that little laugh she does when she cries and I say something to make her laugh. She just nodded and hugged me, burying her face into my chest. I held her close to me, like I never wanted to let go. The truth is is that I never wanted to let go... just sometimes life gets in the way and you have to... but she's back in my arms again.

"I probably should go up there and help her..." she said softly, looking up at me. I puckered my lips asking for a kiss. She let out a soft giggle before moving up to her tip toes and kissing me quickly, and right as she pulled away I pulled her in for an actual kiss. She broke the kiss by smiling. "I'll see you in a bit okay?" I nodded and kissed her forehead. She had her eyes closed a moment longer after I pulled away before looking at me and biting her lip slightly and then walking up the steps to the building Lola was waiting for her.

After the wedding ceremony I walked over to Ever who was in a fit of happy tears for her best friend. She smiled at me and laughed slightly wiping the tears away from her eyes. Leo walked over and stood closely behind her. "How's it going over here?" He asked.

"pretty good, just got some happy tears over here." I looked to Ever, smiling softly. She looked up to me and smiled before looking to Leo.

"Where are you staying tonight?" She asked.
