"Mom where are you?"

I called out to my mother from the sitting room

"Hey dear! You are back?"

Off course I'm

"Yes"
I nodded

"Where is Santiago?"  I asked

" His Probably outside playing with Jeff"  she answered...
"OK I will go freshening up"
I said heading to my bedroom actually I shared it with my kid brother Santi like I do call him...

It was 7:15pm when I woke up from bed, I can't believe I slept throughout.... I went to the kitchen then I saw mom preparing something I wasn't sure if if 7:am or 7: pm...
It should be morning, the day seems bright anyway.

"Good morning mom" I said
"Uh! What did you say? I didn't hear you"

she said putting her less busy hand on her ear dramatically.

"I was greeting you"... "Oh!"
Oh! That's it what's up with her today
was her response then later gave me a cup of fresh orange juice to take it to my dad who was swimming in pool.

I was surprised to see my dad and santi talking   like they are not going anywhere today...

"Good morning dad" I said...
"Ummm...
"What did you say"
my dad asked while my brother busted into laughter

Why are they laughing? I thought to myself.

"What says the time?" dad asked
At first I was annoyed with his behavior....

"7:15am" I answered

My brother almost jump inside the pool, while dad split out the drink he had just sip...

"Really!" santi asked with a mockery expression.

"Shut up little brat" I retorted ...

"Please don't call my son that name" mom said from behind ..
"Mom" I looked at her in disbelief

"Wow!" So you are taking his side.
"Include me"
dad raised his hand... Then I looked at Santiago,  "I'm going to killing you brat"..
He just winked at me...

"You're doomed"
I said pointing at him

"Hmm".. He muttered

"At least he knows the different between 'Am and Pm'
Dad said has I turned to leave..

"What!" I turned back feeling embarrassed... I went close to  dad's phone and double click on his phone screen to open, I was surprised to see 7: 15pm...

"Uhm..... I started scratching my head out of embarrassment, why should I be embarrassed,they are my family not outsiders.

They all busted out laughing at me with mockery tone...
"Come on little baby come join us don't worry I won't tell your friends at school that you don't know the difference between"..

"Santiago!"
mom interrupted him...
"Don't disrespect your elder sister" she warned him ...

"OK I surrender I won't but if you try to be bossy then I won't Cover this... Especially Anabelle.,she loves stuff like this remember" he said ...

"Shut up otherwise I won't spare you"....
OMG!
"Mom, dad please help me am so scared Your precious daughter is threatening me" he said... They started laughing again but this time I ignored them.
