~Previously~

Jack was throwing a New Year's Eve party this is where Dark, You (the reader), Anti Felix, and Wilford Warfstash all end up meeting up once more. It's been a couple of weeks since you've seen Anti since his... outburst (For lack of a better word). Felix likes Dark and Wilford Helps out getting the two together. However when he tries to he get payment from you for helping, you realize that it wasn't the best idea to ask for his help in the first place. Wilford wants a kiss from you and tries to take it. Anti sees this and storms over in a rage, as you are about to use your new power you see this and stop. Anti beats up Wilford, Jack and Signe get him pried off and calm only for you and Anti to start to argue about it. You began to beat up Wilford and Jack leads you and Anti to the bathroom after prying you off Wilford.

"I swear it's like you two are made for each other! *Crosses arms* Obviously there are somethings that you guys need to work out and I'm not a couples therapist. So for god's sakes stay here until you do!"

~Now~

~Your P.O.V~

"What's that stupid smile for? What's there to even smile about?" I huffed, crossing my arms and looking away.

"You're cute when you're mad (Y/N)" He slurred a bit. I sighed.

"Are you drunk?" I asked.

"Nooo!" Anti slightly pouted. "Ok. Maybe a little bit but not majorly." I laughed, shaking my head.

"Why'd you step in when Wilford had me by the arm?" Anti went from cute pouting to serious and sad? In a matter of seconds. "Anti?" I looked at him.

"... Because of what happened at my parents' house... I feel so bad about hurting you. I made that mistake once and I didn't want to see Wilford hurting you. I don't want to see you hurt at all." Anti looked away as he explained.

"That wasn't your fault Anti."

"It feels like it was. I shouldn't be losing control of my powers by this point." Anti leaned on the wall.

"It's not your fault and I forgive you for that. I do think you went a bit too far with Wilford but thank you for helping me." I moved a bit closer to him. Anti pulled me close, hugging me. I hugged back.

"You're welcome love." Anti smiled.

"IT'S TIME FOR THE COUNT DOWN!" We heard quite a few people yell. Anti and I looked at each other, chuckled and rejoined the party for the count down. Everyone gathered in the living room for the countdown as it started.

"10!"

"9!"

"8!" Anti wrapped an arm around my waist.

"7!"

"6!"

"5!" It didn't take long for me to spot Dark holding Felix close. I smiled, they do look like a cute couple.

"4!"

"3!"

"2!"

"1! Happy New Year!" Everyone shouted.

"Happy New Year (Y/N)"

"Happy New year Anti"

"Is that by any chance Dark and Felix?" Anti motioned to the now new couple who were kissing.

"Why yes, yes it is." I grinned.
