It was a normal night for Francoeur and Lucille, performing songs as per usual. At least... it was until she came in.
She entered the cabaret, immediately captured by wondrous sound being produced by the duo on stage. "Welcome to the Rare Bird Ma'am, I can take you to a table if you'd like." said a female waitress. She nodded, and was seated in the upper level to the left of the stage, near the band.
She listened as they continued singing and dancing in perfect sync, the delicate angle, dancing along side quite a large, muscular man. She noticed some peculiar items coming out of his face. "Hmm.. could just be part of his mask, or a costume maybe." she said, shifting her mind away from her peculiar thoughts, and proceeded to get lost int he performance once again.
During the performance, she locked eyes with the large man for a few seconds. He must have lost his balance, because the next moment he was lying flat on the floor, on his back, his hat landing a foot or so away from his head, exposing his hairless head. The band stopped playing, and the audience began to murmur. "Francoeur, are you alright?" Lucille asked, as she knelled by his side. He nodded. Lucille put his hat on as he sat up.

My head hurt a bit from the fall, but it was tolerable, I saw Lucille signal to close the curtains, the audience groaned a bit as they did. There was something about that woman though. Not like I could tell Lucille though. I chirped a bit, trying to get my point across. "What is it Francoeur?" Lucille asked. The next thing I know, I had grabber her arm, and was pulling her along towards the curtain. When I reached the curtain, I pulled it open slightly, so she could see as I pointed to the woman to the right of the stage. She seemed to understand, as she replied "Would you like to go talk to her then, Francoeur?" I nodded in response. We walked out towards the seating area, people were starting to file out of the cabaret. I looked up at where she was sitting, and she wasn't there. My eyes traced the path to the door, until I saw her, almost at the door, walking gracefully, but at the same time, almost without thought, as if she wasn't even focusing on walking, but instead on whatever she was thinking about.

Francoeur walked up to the mysterious woman, and only then did he notice her attire. A dark blue dress, and white shoes, which matched the bow on her dress. She stopped walking as she noticed them getting closer. 'What could they want..' she mumbled. "Francoeur and I would like to have a talk, if its alright with you." Lucille said politely, as he nodded, and led them to Francoeur's dressing room.
Lucille sat on one of the couches, expecting Francoeur to sit next to her, while the woman sat on the couch opposite her. Francoeur sat down next to the woman, chirping quietly as he did. The woman cleared her throat awkwardly, "So you wanted to talk?" she said, breaking the silence. "Well, during the show, as i'm sure you noticed, Francoeur had an accident, I'm just interested in what happened is all." Lucille inquired. "Why not ask your friend here?" she asked as she looked up at the large man, slightly intimidated.
Lucille opened her mouth to speak, but she couldn't seem to put the right words together. "He.... doesn't talk much." Francoeur nodded in agreement to her statement. "Well, before that, what is your name, I forgot to ask?" Lucille said embarrassed. "My name is Loralei, and to answer your question, he fell over when we were looking at each other." Loralei answered, she tapped her fingers harmoniously as if she were playing a song. Francoeur took notice, looking at how her fingers seemed to play a song of her own, as she tapped her lap.
Francoeur pointed to the piano in the corner of the room, making a light sound. "I think he would like to hear you play Loralei." Lucille giggled. Loralei stepped over to the large piano, Francoeur pulled the seat out for her, she gave a light smile "Thank you." He simply smiled in response. She sat down, admiring the piano, it almost looked brand new, the shiny black paint glimmered in the light, while the bright white keys called to her.

She began to play the piano, which Francoeur and Lucille immediately recognized as La Seine, their most popular song. Francoeur moved his eyes away from her and towards the window, which he saw a large figure in the window, and he soon recognized whom it was. Fear crept up his spine, he backed up and felt the couch tip backwards he tumbled onto the floor, and Loralei stopped playing. "Francoeur, are you alright?" Lucille asked. He gave her a look of complete fear, and she understood perfectly what had happened.
"He's Here..."
