Pour something hidden from inside you, out...

Felicity and Serenity were back in the basement for some more training. Felicity made sure that Serenity knew that chasing her dreams weren't gonna stop and she will continue helping her along the way.

"Today we are gonna do somethin' totally different a'ight?" Felicity said pulling up her shorts. "We're gonna do some drills and firstly, we're gonna start with snatch and catch ok?"

Serenity nodded her head and went and position herself in front of the sandbag. "How many sets should I do?" Serenity asked.

"I would suggest five but do due to your comfortability for now since this is sort'a new to you. You know what you doin' right? Or you want me to show you?" Felicity asked.

Serenity stood and moved away from the awaiting bag and pointed to the bag. "Show me," Serenity spoke smiling.

Felicity smiled back and walked over to the bag and positioned herself in front of it. She started with instructing first. "First, we both know wall sits but it's sort'a like that but you're actually bending forwards with it. Then you wanna vehemently snatch the bag up towards your face; not directly in your face. Then as it drops, you want to catch it with your palms not bawled up. As you hold the bag you want to go into a squat and then stand straight before placing the bag down and repeating okay?" Felicity asked.

Serenity nodded her head as she prepared herself to watch Felicity demonstrate the drill for her.

Felicity did the exact drill and took a minute to do it once more. She actually got carried away and did it twice more leaving Serenity to lose her focus on her and onto her phone.

"Aye!" Serenity yelled as she watched Felicity snatch her phone out of her hands. "Give me my ph-"

"Nah, you need to be focused. When you in a match you don't get distracted when you see your phone on the side of your bag lighting up do you?" Felicity asked. And when Serenity didn't answer she smiled. "Exactly. When you practice, you need to keep the same amount of focus. No matter who is in front of you trying to teach you something 'cause you might miss something that's actually important a'ight? Get up and show me what you saw."

Serenity rolled her eyes and got up and positioned herself at the bag. She collected her memory and did what she remembered seeing Felicity do.

"Wrong!" Felicity yelled causing Serenity quickly drop the bag from within her hands. "I said don't catch the bag with your hands bawled. Open your hands. You want me to show you what that means? Or you got it?"
