Lance was the first to wake, a strange thing. He wandered the halls and came to the training room. He started a training sequence and finally tried out his wings and natural armor that covered his legs, arms and spine to his advantage.

The robot was faster then him, but he was smaller and thinner witch gave him a upper-hand to some extreme.

He didn't notice the entire team coming into the room and watching him.

"Try grabbing the wrist, pulling the bot forward and then go around it!" Pidge called to him. Lance jumped and looked at her.

Lance finally looked back at the bot and had to drop to his knees to avoid being hit in the face. Lance got to his feet quickly and grabbed the bot's wrist. He pulled the bot towards him, but while lifting it in the air then slamming it on the ground. The audible thud made Lances ears ring.

Everyone clapped and cheered. They were probably excited since Lance was weaker than them and could verily fight most times.

Lance took a moment to look at them before his eyes landed on Keith.

"You wear glasses?!" Lance asked looking at Keith.

"Yeah, you have PTSD?" Keith asked cocking an eyebrow.

"Yes. Now if your gonna shame me for that hen go ahead!" Lance snapped back. Keith hadn't been expecting him to actually say yes to that.

"Alright, you all will start with flight training, then lunch when I call you all in and then we can finish with a good vote on who had the best inspirational speech." Allura announced as she clasped her hands together.

Everyone groaned but jumped and looked to Lance who had already gotten to his lions pod.

"LETS GO!!" Lance shouted with his usual, overly-confident, tone.

Everyone sighed or laughed before Coran or Allura pointed out their lions Pods as well.

It was around four hours of training before the Paladins returned to eat. Lance and Meith has one arm over he others shoulders and were laughing as they walked.

— Flashback (this is in Pidges P.O.V) —

Lance and Keith has became very close. Keith pointing out simple mistakes in Lances flying or shooting. Lance would somehow manage to make Keith smile when no one else could.

On this day especially, Lance seemed down and unhappy. Pidge was glade that the simple conversation the two had was seemingly cheering up the youngest of the friend group (witch consisted of Hunk Pidge Lance Keith And Shiro).

Lance and Keith sat across from each other while Lance sat between Pidge and Hunk as usual.

"I'll bet twenty dollars on Keith confessing first." Shiro whispered.

"Twenty on Lance." Pidge whispered back before adding, "I speak for Hunk as well."

— Present Time —

"Shiro, our bet is still on right?" Pidge asked placing a hand on her hip and looking at the black paladin.

Shiro grinned. "Of course!"

Hunk laughed. "I'm still in this as well!!"

The friends laughed and sighed.

"What??" The Red paladin asked with his hands up.

"I'm just as confused." Lance added putting one finger up while leaning to the side.

"Of course you are, we didn't include you guys in this bet." Hunk said and grinned.

Keith rolled his eyes and crossed his arms over his chest.

"Food!!" Lance shouted and dragged Keith to the table.

Allura and Coran swapped a look as they glanced between Shiro, Lance and Keith. Allura nodded before pulling Shiro to he side for a minute.

"Yes Princess?" Shiro asked as he put his arms behind his back and looked at her.

"Me and Coran suspect that you and Keith both have feelings for Lance but seem to be waiting for something. A confession from him." Allura said bluntly as she starred back at Shiro.

Shiro gulped and a gentle shade of red dusted over his checks.

"T-that's true. . ." Shiro said shyly.

Allura smiled and put her hand on his shoulder. "I you want a prize, you need to find a way to take it before your opponent does. I would honestly prefer if you were the one to take Lance as a mate, or whatever you call them, before Keith even gets the chance." Allura said.

The duo didn't know that the red paladin had in fact been listening to them carefully.

'Shiro can't just confess to Lance and not have lance know that I at least like him. I need to tell him.' The Red paladin held his breath and walked back to the lounge.

"I think they can get the idea." Keith said before anyone could ask him anything.
