3rd person's POV

It was already 1:00 PM in the afternoon when Jimin woke up. He sat up and rubbed his eyes as he looked on his side and saw Jungkook sleeping. His expression immediately falters as the events of last night got back to him. In fact, he was worried about Jungkook's condition.

They came back home last night but it wasn't a good memory at all. Jimin had to bring Jungkook back all the way home whilst he carried the latter on his back despite the harsh weather. He didn't know why but after Jungkook said something to him the taller suddenly collapsed. He thought that it was because of the cold weather and feeling Jungkook's skin freezing, he decided that it would be better to bring Jungkook home.

Jimin's grandma aided them help as she was flooded with shock and concern since he saw Jimin and Jungkook's horrible state. The two were really damped and Jimin must've fallen on the mud since his pants and shirt were dirtied. And of course, the old woman didn't hesitate to welcome them inside and prepare everything to help them.

"What is wrong Jungkook?" Jimin asked with his soft voice as he brushed his hands against the hair that managed to cover Jungkook's forehead.

"Why did you tell me that exactly?" He continued asking even though he doesn't really want Jungkook to hear him since he doesn't want to wake him up.

His expression hardened as he recalled the words that Jungkook managed to utter last night in the middle of their make out.

"I'm s-sorry... I'm really sorry!!! I shouldn't have done that! I shouldn't have been selfish!!! It's my fault!! It's all my fault!!!"

Jimin remembered every word that Jungkook screamed the night before. He also wouldn't forget the look on Jungkook's eyes. He saw pain... regret... and even sorrow. He wanted to forget the look of fright in Jungkook's eyes but he couldn't.

He couldn't erase how Jungkook looked so terrified about something.

He wanted to know why Jungkook suddenly yelled those words in front of him and he was bothered. So maybe he'll just ask Jungkook after the latter wakes up.

With a deep sigh, he withdrew his hand from Jungkook's hair and stood up quietly. He closed the door of the room and headed towards their front door as he started wearing his shoes. He could see his Grandma cooking something from the kitchen and she seemed too busy to see him get out so he smiled.

Actually, it's better for her not to know that he would go out since he was just about to get back towards the shrine. He forgot to bring the cake with him particularly because he was panicking because of Jungkook. So he just wished that the cake was still well and very much alive from where they left it.

On his way out, he saw one of his nephews. The kid who was holding a stick which he just used in drawing on the sand somewhere runs towards his Jimin-hyung as he hugged the taller's left leg. Jimin giggled at this and he crouched down with a smile before he ruffled Seojun's hair.

"Good afternoon to you too, Seojun-ah... why are you here so early?" The kid beamed showing his new missing tooth in front.

"I just lost a tooth, Jimin-hyung! And my brothers wanted to play with Jungkook-hyung so I am here to call him so he could play with us! I also want to tell him that I didn't cry even though I missed my tooth!" The kid cheered looking so excited to tell the news to Jungkook. Jimin still smiled but a little smaller this time.
