3rd person's POV

Jimin cried his eyes out the night before. He only slept when it was already morning and the moment he woke up, it was already around four in the afternoon. He walked out of his apartment feeling so unmotivated in his life. He doesn't even know where to go. He just wants to get out of that place that only brings him the memories of the events that happened last night.

As he walked for almost an hour now, his feet brought him to this convenience store. The glass door was opened with a zombie-looking Jimin whose legs wobbles and his body looked weak and tired. He had this blank stare on him as he gets whatever he sees first.

The owner of the store who looked like he was already in his 30's heard the glass doors opening. He was behind the counter reading some magazine and he saw the newly arrived Jimin as he gave the latter some weird looks.

"Tsk, tsk, tsk... I can't believe teenagers still take drugs these days." The older man mumbled as he shook his head with a disappointed sigh, his eyes turning back on his magazine like it was the most important thing in the world as of the moment.

Jimin walked sloppily towards the counter after he finished dragging everything with him, his arms overflowing with piles of chips, cookies, dried squids, and a whole lot of snacks with a liter bottle of cola. He put them all down in front of the store owner which again sighed in exasperation.

The owner stood up as he put his magazine down somewhere, his hands now busy scanning Jimin's items.

"It's $40 in total, boy." The old man said as he finished, now waiting for Jimin's payment as he placed everything in the plastic bag.

And with just the mention of money, Jimin suddenly turned awake as he takes in what he just did. He just bought those items unconsciously. Without money on him. He just left without having anything on him anyway.

Jimin looked nervously at the owner, gulping as he doesn't know how to explain that he didn't know why he brought those snacks. He was thinking that maybe he should just act and lie that he sleepwalked and he doesn't know what he's doing at the moment.

"A-Actually, Sir... I... um," Jimin still hadn't finished his sentence but the owner already looked so pissed as if he knew what Jimin was about to say. The old man already encountered lots of people like this. They would either ask him for help because they couldn't afford things or else they would run with the bags of what they brought. But this time, he wouldn't allow that thinking that Jimin was indeed under the influence of some illegal medicines or something.

So the man takes the phone on the side of his counter dialing for someone. Once the phone was already connected, he began speaking.

"Hello? Yep... I am reporting someone." The old man mumbled to the police which made Jimin's eyes turn wide.

"N-NO! You don't get it, Sir! I wasn't planning anything bad I just don't--" A guy behind Jimin suddenly takes the phone and immediately put it down ending the call. The owner was about to utter some bad curses but the guy placed down a hundred-dollar bill on the counter with a flashy yet gentle smile.
