Chapter 6: Taking Control

Ladybug's view

After I blocked the bathroom door I backed up against the stalls. The banging started to get louder. I used my lucky charm and it was a piece of wood.

"What am I gonna use this for?" I asked myself. I looked around and didn't see anything I could use it for. I heard some yelling and then the door burst open. Cat Noir was standing there with his arms held out to where the door use to be. Had he not been able to fight the equation's power off?

"Cat Noir?" I said hesitantly.

He looked up and me, mumbled something, then started to run at me with several other victims on his tail. I jumped out of the way just in time. I landed over by the sinks and looked for a way to get out. More people were coming through the door so there was no way i could go over there. I looked higher up for s window and found one right behind me. Cat Noir yelled something and looked in his direction. I could tell he was fighting something inside him and when Mathmatition called out a command he started to run at me. I jumped up to the window just before Cat Noir got to me. I heard aloud clang and turned around to see what it was. I saw Cat Noir on the floor rubbing his head. Then I looked up and saw a lot of people run towards the window. They started to climb on each other to get to me. I turned and saw a lamp post and swung my yo-yo on it. I dropped my lucky charm on some of the people's heads by accident. I needed it but couldn't get it back. I turned around and swung out the window. I felt someone grab my ankle and I kicked them without looking at who it was.

Cat Noir's view

I got hit with Mathmatition's equation and tried to fight off it's power. I felt Ladybug hug me back and i heard her whisper something. Then she broke the hug and crawled into the bathroom, locking the door. I knew she would be save for now. I turned and faced Mathmatition and she threw another equation at me. I couldn't fight this one off. It took me over and I had no control over myself anymore. I still knew what I was doing and that it was wrong, but I couldn't stop myself.

"Take down that door and get me Ladybug's miraculous!" I hears Mathmatition command. I turned towards the door and started to push it down. I felt several other victims push at and around me to try yo get the door down. It finally fell down and some victims with it. I saw Ladybug look towards me with a worried look. She was holding her lucky charm. That look broke the control over me for a second.

"Cat Noir?"

"Ladybug?" I said, quieter than she did.

Mathmatition yelled out another command and got control of me again. I started to charge at Ladybug. I couldn't stop myself but thankfully Ladybug jumped out of the way just in time. She landed by the sinks and started looking around. I tried fighting again and managed to break free just in time to yell.

"Ladybug! Run!"

The power tried to take over again but I fought it off for a little while. Ladybug looked at me confused, then I started to run towards her. She jumped up to a window just above her and I ran into the sink. That broke Mathmatition's hold on me. And probably my head. I started to run my head and I looked up at Ladybug who was looking at me. She looked outside and attached her yo-yo to something. I noticed she dropped her lucky charm on some people and couldn't get it back. I quickly grabbed it and jumped up to join her. I grabbed her ankle but she kicked me as she flew out the window. I dropped the lucky charm and fell to the ground. I stood up quickly and tried to jump again. But just as I did I felt a third equation hit me. I fell on my back and tried to fight the power again. Then everything went blurry. I knew I had no control anymore. I saw people run around me. Then everything went black.
