"hey baby." jungkook closed the front door behind me as i stepped inside his apartment.
he wasted no time in pecking my lips, before gripping my hand and leading me to his couch.
"what do you want to do?" i asked once we both sat down.
"i don't know." he shrugged.
"i'll go get some water, one second." i said, getting up.

jungkook quickly reached for my hand, stopping me. "let me do that."
i smiled at him, before sitting down again, watching as he got up and went to the kitchen.
he placed his phone on the counter, before reaching for a cup.
his phone vibrated. he quickly set down his cup, before grabbing his phone.
his eyes skimmed his screen.

jungkook started panicking.

"y/n, you have to go." he quickly rushed towards me, my glass still on the counter.
"what? why?" i stood up, confused.
he gripped my hand again, this time, leading me back to the front door.
"i'll explain later, i promise. but for now, i really need you to go."
"no, jungkook. tell me what's going on." i forced my hand away from his grip, furrowing my eyebrows.

jungkook looked frustrated as he quickly bent down to peck my lips again.
"baby, i said i'll explain later. you really need to-"
the front door opened.
a girl stood at the doorway, holding a bag full of snacks and drinks, a wide smile spread on her face.
she immediately dropped the bag once she looked at me and jungkook, and at the close proximity between us.

i stood, confused, as jungkook quickly let go of my hand and rushed towards the girl.
"baby." he whispered to her, cupping her face.

she pushed jungkook, making him stumble back.
"who is she?" she asked, her voice trembling.
"i'm his girlfriend, who are you?" i quickly spoke before jungkook answered.
he looked back at me, anger clouding his eyes.

"g-girlfriend?" the girl stuttered, her eyes brimming with tears.
"um, jungkook, can you please explain what's going on?"
jungkook looked back at me, before deeply sighing.
he looked back at the girl, his eyes glistening.
"noura, it isn't what-"
"it is what i think it is, jungkook." the girl started shouting, her voice cracking. "you've been cheating on me this entire time! if you got bored of me so easily, you could have just broken up with me!"

silence filled the room as i stared at jungkook in disbelief.
"what?" i was close to crying, my voice soft to prevent it from cracking.
"jungkook, you told me i was the only one. i've been your side kick this entire time?" he turned around to face me, regret clear on his face. i took a step closer to him.
"i'm sick of people like you." i spat.

i pushed past his shoulder, dodging noura as well before slamming the front door shut behind me.
