Men give petty words to a Being so great

On the one who breathed life and spoke the
Universe into being and broke the
Sin barrier that stood between us
He gave us Jesus who
Literally gave up all power on heaven and earth
Died a bloody death in order to give us worth
To save us all from an eternity of burning death
And yet He loves us so that in dying breath
He asked the Father to forgive us all
He said it's done
He wants life with us
The Almighty One
But ya, I guess you can tell Him
