She's Perfect

Princess Bubblegum's P.O.V.

I walked into the candy castle with a grin on my face. "Well Princess Bubblegum you look quite happy today." One of the banana guards noticed.

"Because I am!" I walked to my room and threw my book bag onto my cotton candy bed. Today was finally the day that Marceline would be coming to the castle! I mean...it's not like I could confess my undying love for her. I have to many responsibilities...

Peppermint butler knocked on the door, "Ma'ma Marceline the vampire queen wishes to see you." I quickly opened the door to see a scared piece of candy and Marcy smirking. Peppermint butler walked down the hall.

"Did you threaten to bite him again?" I asked as she floated into my room.

"Yeah." She said with a snicker.

I giggled and shook my head.

"So Bonnibel what do we have to do for this project?" She was floating over my bed on her back with her hands behind her head.

"Well..." I flipped to a page in my science book, "We have to create a mold and then observe it over a period of days." I looked up from the book and took off my glasses.

"What's the point?"

"That's a good question..um..."

"You don't know why, do you?" She said before she smirked.

I shook my head, "Not really. So let's start..."

I poured a green liquid in a bottle while Marceline was strumming on her guitar. I mixed it with some other stuff. Occasionally glancing over at Marcy.

She was still strumming on her guitar once I was done. "Kay done." I announced.

She looked at me, "Really? That was quick."

"Well only done for today." Her eyes widened a little."What? You didn't even help me today."

"Sorry PB. I'll see you tomorrow, same time." Then she floated out of my room. I sighed and tapped my finger nails on the tables, "She's perfect." I mumbled once she was down the hall.
