I will come up with next part sooner 😊.

Raman I took time more than needed but you don't repeat the mistake which I did Raman. Forgive your parents before it turn too late. Savour the relation you have Raman.

Her words stirred something deep in his stomach, left him restless and speechless. He found himself clueless to react in those moments and chose to stare her silently rather than reacting in same. Forgive he when he decided to stay at Bhalla Mansion for the sake of his wife, he decided to overlook everything for the sake of her, just her and after his sons birth he almost forgot about his anger he had for his parents but he didn't forgive them. How can he forgive the couple who always misunderstood him? Who never made there presence when he needed them? Who tried to split him from his love? He may forget everything for a time being but forgiveness is hard. He looked at tearfilled Ishita who was staring at him with hopeful eyes and immediately averted his eyes unable to face her.

"Raman no, don't look away. Just listen me for once." Ishita bit her lower lip seeing a hint of rejection in his eyes. She wiped her own tears before cupping his face and continued, "Raman it's not hard. Please.."

"Ishita....you're just drained now. You need to take some rest. You...you should sleep."

"No...you dare not to change the topic Raman. Please look in my eyes." She begged again, her voice hinted desperation and eagerness. Today she dared to persuade him for something he hated most, his repulsion was not surprising for her but today she decided to keep her point infront of him.

"Ishita stop it please. You're exhausting yourself for someone who doesn't held any importance in my life."

"Really? Then why your expressions betraying your voice Raman? Why I'm not able to see the same emotions in your eyes which you spoke?"

"Ishita.."

"You may lie to me but your eye can't Raman."

Raman felt the emptiness beside him and realised his wife went away from him, leaving the conversation in middle. He didn't wasted a second and hugged her from backside seeing her going towards her side of bed.

"You know I can't see you in tears. Then why this jaana?" He cupped her face tenderly hurted to see her swollen and puffy eyes.

"Even I can't see you struggling through guilt and pain Raman." She spoke continued to look in his eyes.

"You're just over thinking nothing else. Come on wipe these tears. Okay. We will talk about it some other day." He replied calmly badly hoping to divert her attention by any means. He was not ready to discuss the topic anymore. He knew he needed to calm her not for her wellbeing but for his sanity as well.

"Raman please suno na meri baat....."

"Haan meri jaan main tumhari hi baat sun raha hoon. Bas tumhari. Come on make yourself comfortable on bed first." He ignored protests from her and forcefully made her sit on bed.
(Yes I'm listening to you. Only you.)

"Raman please....."

"Ishita itna aasaan toh nahi hai na yeh jitna lag raha hai. Tum jaanti ho na yeh baat."
(You know that it's not easy the way you're thinking.)
