Chapter VI. Madara

Madara's P.O.V

I stand staring at the starry sky. "Why must she look like you Kera." I whisper into the wind. Naomi looks just like the woman I once loved.

It took everything I had to hurt Kera and now the thought of hurting my own daughter is even worse. I close my eyes.

"Kera." I whisper. "I'm here , love." A comforting voice whispers from behind a tree. It was snowing and the air was quiet and peaceful. "Father will disown me if he finds out about us." Her voice is like music to my ears. I quickly rush behind the tree trunk and hug the fragile woman in front of me. Her touch makes me feel indestructible. "Madara." She whispers into my chest. I do nothing more than hold her close. She was the one think in this wretched world that I truly cared for. I run my fingers through her hair. "I love you." I whisper into her ear. "Let your father kill me ," I kiss her forehead "As long as I die in your arms."

How was I so deceived. One woman made me vulnerable and now the one thing that can truly destroy me is alive and well. I was just a boy then and now I am going to pay for my mistakes.

"When are you making your move?" I ask feeling a presence behind me. "We leave tomorrow." I turn to face Pein. "You remember our plan?" I ask. Pein nods slowly then leaves the balcony without another word.

As the breeze behind to blow I hear her voice echoing through the wind. "Kera." I whisper. I clutch my fist.

The woman I once loved is dead and gone. I shut my emotions off when I pushed her to her death, but sadly Kera survived and gave birth to that spawn from hell.

I close my eyes once more this time only to hear the voice of my dead lover. "It's all destined to happen Madara, even a heartless bastard like you can not kill your own flesh and blood." I growl at the voice inside my head. "I do not care who she is, she is nothing more than an enemy who needs to be dealt with."

I jump from the balcony of which I was standing. No matter who they are, any who stand in my way will be put to rest. I am the ultimate being. I give an evil smile. "This is only the beginning."
