Sakura Haruno had an amazing talent for genjutsu, even as a child. She only cultivated it as she grew older, but when she was little, she practiced on civilians that didn't know any better.
She knew what happened when she lost control of her emotions. She had too many scars, too many corpses, for her to forget.
Sakura was dangerous. End of story. It could be utilized in battle, or damage her mind further.
There were too many consequences to lose control.
But she couldn't help it.

"Sakura. Control yourself." There was a hidden message in it that none of the others caught, yet Sakura understood all the same.
'You know what happens if you don't.'
And just like that, Sakura calmed. Her blazing glare softened. Her chakra slithered away from the furniture she was destroying. She lowered to the ground.
"I.." For a moment, Naruto would swear she held a faraway look on her face, a look too familiar for war-torn shinobi.
She was reliving a nightmare.
Tsunade's demeanor changed rapidly.
"Snap out of it, Sakura!" Tsunade roared, grabbing onto her shoulder.
Immediately Sakura was brought back to the present.
Tsunade sighed and let go of her shoulder, leaning backwards into her chair, that had somehow escaped the destruction. "The mission." She prompted.
