There are many people in this world. Many who are strong when they first come out into this wretched existence.
I'm not one of them.
But if you think that you can take everything I've worked toward, with your presence and your words,

God damn this is late but I've been busy—
Hey yeah remember all those chapters ago when y'all commented shit you wanted to see? Well that's all fine and dandy, I shoved them all into this!
This chapter will be a few days in the life of Sakura Haruno, before the demons of her past returned.
:: Day 1
Sakura Haruno smiled softly. She had given herself a break from the hospital, and was now on her way to a dango shop for a date with her boyfriend.
The bell on the door jingled as she entered, and she paused to glance over the heads of the patrons.
Blonde hair..red...green....indigo...pineapple!
There was her Shika.
Sakura grinned and walked over to the table he reserved.
Shikamaru looked up and smiled as soon as he caught sight of her emerald green eyes.
"How was your mission Shika?"
Shikamaru groaned, although the smile didn't really leave his face, and complained. "I'm so tired..."
Sakura giggled.

After her date with Shikamaru, Sakura wished her love goodbye and made her way across the village to meet up with Hinata. Usually, TenTen would join them, but she mentioned something about meeting her metal supplier and she wouldn't be in the village all day. So, it was just Hinata and Sakura.
As soon as she opened the door, she knew something was wrong. Sakura stepped into the house.
"Hinata?"
She let herself in and closed the door behind her. There she was, Hinata Hyuuga, sitting miserably on her couch. Sakura frowned and sat beside her.
Together, they sat in silence for a few moments, before Hinata spoke up.
"Today's the anniversary of when we got put in genin teams." Her voice was small, tired, and most of all, sad.
Sakura felt her frown deepen. She knew it was, but she never liked to think about it. Her dusty photo of Team 7 still sat untouched in her cupboard.
"My team.." Hinata whispered. "They left me."
"They were my family, but the moment Sasuke's gone, they just...left."
