Sakura sighed, composing herself.

Any sign of tears were gone. She must not show weakness.

She must not show weakness.

She released the genjutsu and watched carefully as the team slowly regained consciousness, blinking their eyes open and stumbling to a stand, looking around in confusion.

Sakura almost laughed at the look on their faces, but stopped herself a took a moment to become just a little afraid of herself.

She really almost laughed after putting these people through hell?

They deserved it.

The voice in her head grew ever stronger since their arrival.

She shook her head and watched as Sasuke stood, facing her.

"The attacker was found and quickly disposed of. Genjutsu." She arched her brow, waiting for a reply.

"Hn."

Sakura rolled her eyes, muttering "duckass" under her breath and turning around, walking off into the woods.

"Teme..." Sasuke turned to see Naruto, tears flowing down his cheeks.

"Did you see what I saw?"

Sasuke grunted, giving no indication of yes or no.

Naruto nodded.

He wasn't ready to share either.

"Well what are we waiting for!" Kiba shouted, wiping away the tears. He didn't want to cry. He didn't want to think about it. He didn't want to speak about it.

He wanted to move forward.

"Let's go after her." Lee finished quietly. He turned his head to gaze at Ino, who hadn't moved an inch. Her head was downturned, tears dripping down her face onto the dirt floor.

Naruto nodded and they began the silent chase after Sakura.

"You're here." Sakura murmured.

She wasn't completely sure why she waited, but she did.

Maybe it was because she put them through hell.

That "hell" was just viewing the true hell and torment they put you through. That hissing voice in her head never seemed to cease.

Sakura chose not to argue with it, turning her attention to the silent group.

"A man by the name of Jikaw Minhao lives in this fortress. He operates a slave system and human trafficking, targeting children and women. The men are beaten and killed. The guards are stationed at every way in, with no blind spots."
