Byun Hyekyung entered the building once she finishes her schedules. She greets everyone she passes by as she tries to get into the room.

She finally opened the door and saw SM Artists inside. She smiled and entered the room, closing the door behind her.

"Wah! My little sister is here!!" Baekhyun shouted, making everyone chuckle when he hugged Hyekyung.

Hyekyung covers her face in embarrassment and Baekhyun laughed at her actions.

"Come on, little sis." Baekhyun dragged her to the food section and gave her drinks and some snacks to eat on.

Baekhyun then got called and Hyekyung took the chance to look around for Jaemin. She finally found him and smiled widely.

She walked towards him and he noticed her. He stands up, reaching his hands out.

Hyekyung chuckled, jumping into his arms. Jaemin kissed her forehead before hugging her tighter.

"Merry Christmas, my little bunny," Jaemin said, caressing her creamy blonde hair.

"Merry Christmas, Nana," Hyekyung said, looking at Jaemin and brush her hand along Jaemin's locks.

Jaemin felt a sharp pain on his back as he stands on his hoverboard. He falls off the hoverboard, groaning.

He grabs his phone and Hyekyung was the first person he messaged. Before he could message anyone else, he suddenly dropped his phone due to the pain.

The door burst open and it was Hyekyung who was panting. She runs towards Jaemin and held his arm.

"Wait, I'll call someone." She grabs her phone as Jaemin placed his head on her collarbone, groaning and trying to endure the pain.

"Mark! Jaemin is in the practice room, he needs help please!" She shouted through the phone and put the phone down when Jaemin starts to groan even more.

"Hurry up please." She said, ending the call and stand up.

"Let's get you out of here." She said and wrap Jaemin's arm around her shoulder. They exited the practice room and walk to where Mark will probably enter.

Hyekyung was about to press the elevator button until it suddenly opened, revealing the Dreamies and their manager.

"Jaemin, let's get you to the hospital. Everyone helps him." His manager said and they take Jaemin off Hyekyung.

Hyekyung entered the elevator with them and pressed the basement button where the van is.

"H-Hyekyung... w-where.. is sh-she?" Jaemin asked, weakly and they all look at the girl. Hyekyung moves to his side and cupped his cheek.

"I'm here, Nana. It will be okay, hm? Just endure it a bit longer until we get there." She said softly and Jaemin weakly nodded. She kissed his forehead as they exited the elevator.

"Just wait."

Hyekyung smiled at NCT Dream's first win. She's now in the van, going to the hospital to visit Jaemin.

The van stopped and she put on her mask and cap before entering the hospital building and go to Jaemin's room.

She knocked on the door before opening it. There she saw Jaemin smiling on his phone.

"Keep repeating it?" She asked, making Jaemin jump a little. Jaemin nodded, knowing what she meant.

She closes the door behind her and walks towards his side.

"I wish I was there with them," Jaemin said, smiling softly and Hyekyung frowned. She brushes her hand along his soft hair.

"They did win for you too, Nana and fans are still happy for you too. They wish you to get better." Hyekyung said and Jaemin smiled, resting his head on her shoulders.

"What did I do in my past life to get someone like you as my friend?" Jaemin asked, burying his face on her neck which made her chuckle.

"Maybe... Did I save the whole country to get you? I may have sacrificed something." Jaemin said and she laughed.

"You saved my heart." She winked and it was Jaemin's turn to laugh.

"Maybe, I did. Who knows but you're all I could think about it. You're the best friend I could ever have, other than the boys, of course."

Jaemin blows the candles that are on the cake as the boys congratulate him for turning 17, 18 in Korea.

"Hyekyung couldn't make it since she has a schedule abroad but she told us to make you go to this room cause her parent is there," Renjun said and gave him an envelope.

Inside was an apology letter of Hyekyung for not making it to his birthday and another paper with a room number written on it.

"Do I go alone?" Jaemin asked and the boys shrugged. Jaemin decided to go alone and went to the room.

He knocked on the door but there was no answer. He knocked again but still no answer.

He just decided to open the door and his eyes widened.

Pillows and blankets and stuffed toys on the ground, yellow and blue hanging lights on the sides of the walls.

He wowed and entered the room, not forgetting to remove his shoes before he saw a box on a table.

He walked towards the box and opened the small box. His eyes widened, even more, when it was two bracelets inside.

He grabs one and noticed that his name is engraved on the bracelet.

"Do you like it?" He jumped and looked back, seeing Hyekyung by the door.

"Why.. what..? Aren't you supposed to be abroad?" Jaemin asked, still shocked. Hyekyung chuckled and walked towards him.

He takes the bracelet from his hand and put it on his wrist. She grabs the other one and makes him put it on her wrist.

"Ever heard of surprise, Nana? Happy birthday."
