𝐰𝐨𝐫𝐫𝐲𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐭𝐨𝐨 𝐦𝐮𝐜𝐡

[1 August 2019 , 7:00 am]

Jaemin wakes up, immediately checking his phone for any notifications or messages. He pouted when he didn't get a single message from Hyekyung.

He hasn't seen her yesterday also which he finds weird and worrying cause Hyekyung would always tell him beforehand if they can see each other or not.

This time, Hyekyung didn't. Jaemin tries to send her messages and even called her but still, no reply or call backs.

It worried him and the fact that her part is resurfacing inside his mind isn't helping.

He gets up from his bed and went to the living room, seeing Renjun and Jeno talking.

"Did you guys see Hyekyung yesterday?" He asked but they both shake their heads.

"I tried to message her and call her but she wasn't replying, neither answering," Jeno said and Jaemin bites his lip.

"She would tell you beforehand, right? Why don't you know?" Renjun asked, tilting his hand.

"I keep messaging and calling her but she won't answer. It's been going on since yesterday, I'm worried." He said and they heard Jisung's door open. 

"Maybe, she's just busy...?" Jisung said and Jeno shakes his head.

"She would always tell Jaemin if they can see each other or not everyday. She's been doing it ever since they met. It's not like her to not tell Jaemin." He said and Jaemin tries to call her again.

But she didn't answer.

He sighs and ruffles his hair.

"Jeno, try to keep messaging her. I'll go to her house." He said, going to his room. He grabs his towel to take a quick bath and get dressed.

He puts on his shoes and brings his phone and wallet with him before rushing out of the dorm, to Hyekyung's house.

[7:12 am]

Jaemin knocks on the door and waited for an answer but nothing. He knocked again but nothing.

He places his hand on the doorknob before twisting it and his eyes widen, it was unlocked.

He went inside, rushing but all the lights were off. Everything was off and Jaemin went to Hyekyung's room. It was also empty.

He calls her once again but curses when she didn't pick up. He checks on her social media but nothing was posted nor updated.

She is gone and is somewhere where Jaemin doesn't know and it worries him.

He decided to message Baekhyun but he replied with an 'I also don't know where she is' which made Jaemin curse again.

He looks out the window, seeing the sunlight and people coming out of the buildings for their job.

"Where are you?"

[7:30 am]

Jeno walks to the performance area of the huge stadium. He sees how many seats there are and was even overwhelmed by the view.

His eyes land on the empty stage which will be lit up later. He starts to hear barking of a dog and softly smiled.

He turns around, seeing EXO and two corgis.

"Didn't expect you here, Jeno." Baekhyun ruffled his hair as the two corgi jump on two of their paws, wanting love from Jeno.

Jeno laughed, kneeling down as the two dogs show him love.

"Bbangkyu and Mongryoung.." He laughs, kissing the two dogs' foreheads before standing up again.

"Hyung, I want to ask.. where is Hyekyung? We didn't see her yesterday and Jaemin is freaking out since she would tell him beforehand." He said and Baekhyun laughed.

"Jaemin even messaged me earlier but Hyekyung.. she's busy right now." He said, looking at the stage.

"Wait, like really busy?" Chanyeol asked and Baekhyun nodded, leaning on the railing.

"Yeah, she's so busy that I don't think you can reach her right now or on the next days." He said, looking at Jeno and all towards him.

"Maybe even months." He said and his eyes widened.

"Is it about..."

"No, no! If it's about her health conditions, she's okay, very healthy. She would just like to work on something for a while and focus on that for now." He said and Jeno nodded.

"But where is she?" He asked and Baekhyun smirked, tilting his head.

"That is something I don't know."

[9:54 am]

Hyekyung gets off the car and stares at the stadium in front of her. She walked inside, passing through the security who recognized her.

She looks around, seeing booths of
EXO's merchandise. She went to the performance area where she stage is and saw EXO practicing.

She noticed another person sitting down, watching EXO. She immediately recognized the person and the two dogs beside him.

One dog noticed her presence and immediately barked, getting off the chair and run towards her. The other corgi noticed and also starts to run towards her.

The boy turns around, his eyes following the dogs' until they reached Hyekyung.

His eyes widened once he saw Hyekyung, waving at him. She smiles, walking towards him.

"So... How's Jaemin?"

"More like where were you? Jaemin is freaking out right now. Did you even see the messages and calls!?"

"I did but I don't want to read or call back for now. I got something on my sleeve."
