14 | "Are You Okay?"

After Tommy and the boys went to the bedroom, all of us girls gathered on the day bed. "How're you feeling?" Amy asked me, holding my knee.

"I mean I can't really complain because we have only been getting to know one another and I've took this long to actually I guess choose between Micheal and Tommy. But I think it's normal to say I'm a little bit jealous." I said truthfully with a nervous smile.

"Jealous? That shows that you like him." Lucie said with a smirk as she playfully slapped my shoulder.

"Wait so what's going with you and Micheal then?" Amber asked, the rest of the girls waiting for my answer.

"Earlier I took him to the side and just basically said I felt like I was forcing something with him and he was just like it's fine don't worry about it." I informed making Yewande and Lucie hug into my sides.

"So it's done then?" Yewande asked making me nod.

"Pretty much, yeah." I said making all of the girls hug me.

We all moved over to the outside seating area when I saw Curtis coming over. "I'm going in the hot tub with her." He said leaning down and giving Amy a peck. I started clapping at his actions along with the boys that sat around the fire pit.

"Have fun." Amy said waving him off.

"Are you worried?" Lucie asked making Amy shake her head. "Right, let's go grill Tommy then." She said making me look over and see that Tommy was already with the boys. I didn't even notice him coming back.

"How was it?" Amber asked as we all sat down with the boys.

"Good. She's a lovely girl." He said, his eyes on mine before I looked away.

"Is she cute?" Amy asked making him nod quickly.

"Yeah, really pretty." He said making me look down at my hands briefly.

"Are you okay?" Anton asked as we started walking away from the fire pit.

"Yeah, course." I nodded, focusing on the drink that I held.

"Want to go over there?" He asked nodding his head towards the day beds.

"Sure." I said simply, walking over to the bed and popping down on it.

"Right, what's up?" Anton asked, lying beside me.

"I feel like I've finally just kinda worked out how I feel and now this Molly Mae is gonna come in and I can already tell that she's gonna be gorgeous and Tommy and her are gonna get along really well and that's it. I'll be left to watch them blossom and I wish I knew how much I actually am interested in him quicker." I ranted quietly so the people around couldn't hear. Anton broke into a wide smile before laughing loudly.

"Kayla, you're some girl." He laughed making me hold back a smile.

"Anton, stop laughing at me!" I said before also laughing at how stupid I sound. We were interrupted when Tommy threw himself onto the bed.

"What we laughing about?" He asked making Anton look at me before laughing again.

"He's being mean to me." I said jokingly.

"Oh fuck off." Anton smiled making me giggle.

"Can we have a chat?" Tommy asked when the laughter died down.

"Yeah, sure." I smiled, Anton standing up from the bed before walking away to join Joe and Micheal. "You okay?" I asked.

"Yeah good. Just wanted to see if you were okay." Tommy started, shuffling up to sit in Anton's old space.

"Fine." I said quickly.

"It's just Micheal told me you called quits." He said making me move my eyes to Micheal who waved with a little smile on his face.

"Yeah. I just had to be true to myself." I smiled a little, looking away from Micheal. "How was your date?" I asked.

"Good. She's really nice and I think you two would actually get along really well." Tommy said nodding a little.

"Really? That's good then." I smiled.

I was sitting comfortably on the beanbags when Joe came over, placing his hands on my shoulders. "Come talk to me." He said making me groan.

"But I'm comfy." I pouted making Amy and Amber laugh.

"We'll get chocolate." He bribed making me sigh and stand up.

"Let's go then." I said making Joe laugh before walking me over to the kitchen. "Right what's up?" I said, pulling the bowl of chocolate Callum had over to me. Callum shot me a playful glare before turning around and starting a conversation with Sherif.

"Are you okay? Y'know with Tommy going on the date and everything." He said making me sigh.

"Why does everyone keep asking if I'm okay? Honestly, I'm fine." I smiled. "I'm not gonna get all annoyed and stuff because I took four days to figure out that I am actually interested in him. If he likes her then he should go for it." I said making Joe tilt his head to the side.

"Well Tommy told us that he feels like he has a strong connection with you and that he's still gonna try getting to know you." Joe said making me smile slightly. "So don't worry or feel bad." He comforted bringing me into a hug before joining the conversation of Sherif and Callum.

I started walking away from the kitchen, smiling as I walked down the stairs but stopped when I heard a whistle making me turn my head to see Curtis walk in with a gorgeous blonde on his arm.

"Why're they linking?" I mouthed to the girls before walking back up the stairs.

Any suggestions?

Also since I'm really behind right now I'm wondering if I should take a small break to catch up and then start updating them about twice a day just until I'm actually on track. What do you think?
