Hello all! I have finally managed to write this chapter. I apologize for the temporary wait, but I can't promise frequent updates. However, I am trying to make this story work.

Previously on Make You Mine.

He slammed his fist into the headboard and smashed his lips onto mine. I didn't kiss him back and he fought for dominance. His hands tightened around my sides as he continued to kiss me.

Finally, he stopped and sighed. I raised my hand to slap him, but he caught it in mid air. He brought it down to my side and climbed off the bed.

"You have no idea of how long I have wanted to do that," he said and walked out of the room.

Laila's POV

I was so thankful he didn't go any further. I couldn't bear to lose everything to him. At this point, I needed a game plan. A way to escape for real. Harry was not stable and I was certainly of that. No one who was sane kidnapped a girl they saw a couple times, took her to another country, then refused to let her go.

I decided that showering would give me some time to think, but soon realized the shower was still broken. I huffed in annoyance and plopped back down on the bed. Harry had been gone for about an hour, so I peeked out the door to take a look around.

There was no one in sight, so I decided to make a run to the kitchen. Just as I was about to take a pop tart out of the cabinet, a throat cleared behind me. I jumped and dropped the pastry as if I were a kid caught taking a cookie from the cookie jar.

"Relax," someone laughed. I spun around to face the familiar blonde haired man from the fight who opened the door for Harry and I.

"What are you doing here?" I whispered.

"Oh, Harry sent me to watch over ya," he said and scratched his head.

"Oh."

"You must've really did a number on him, he's never invited me over here before," he said and I rolled my eyes.

"More like he did a number on me," I muttered.

"I'm Niall," he said and extended his hand. I grasped it and shook it firmly.

"Laila," I replied.

"Nice to meet ya, if it's alright, I'm gonna watch the footie match now," he cheerily said and headed into the small living room.

"Would you mind if I joined you?" I called and he shook his head.

"I just get kinda lonely here," I admitted when I plopped down next to him on the couch.

"I can see that. Haz isn't around much?"

"Barely, and if he is, I dont want him to be," I said.

"Seems like you two need to work it out," he chuckled and turned on the telly.

"I think he needs to just let me be," I muttered.

"I agree that kidnapping you wasn't his best plan-"

"Wait, you knew?!" I asked.

"Course, besides Louis he tells me everything," he replied.

"Niall, do you know who Liam is?" I asked. He looked at me curiously and turned down the tv volume.

"I do, why do you ask?"

"Louis told me to find him when I got Harry to trust me," I said.

"That's interesting. He hasn't brought up Liam in a very long time," he replied.

"Why would that be?"

"I don't know if I should tell you that," Niall admitted.

"I won't tell," I promised.

"Swear?"

"I swear."

"Liam was an old friend of Harrys. They used to be in a gang together. Harry was having a tough time in what you would call high school. He didn't really fit in with the cool kids. Liam happened to be one of the typical bad boys in school who did in fact have a gang. I know because I too, was a part of it. We had noticed Harry sophomore year and were debating wether we should invite him in or not. He had the physique and brains that the gang needed. Our previous leader had quit and Harry was the fresh new face we needed. With the right mentoring, Harry had the potential of a great leader. Liam found Harry junior year and proposed the position to him. Naturally, Harry was interested in leading because he finally felt wanted. His parents had just split and he was constantly being bullied. He wanted the change just as much as we did."

I hadn't expected him to just open up about this, but I was glad to finally be getting some answers.

"At first, we introduced him to shop lifting without getting caught. It would prepare him for when we needed to raid weapons from the rival gangs. You have to realize that with a town as big as we were living in, there were a lot of gangs and no allies. Everyone was competing for control and strangely enough, we were not too far away from the top.

We wanted to be rich and from then on, money was all that mattered. We dealed drugs, alcohol, weapons, anything you could get in trouble with, we sold. Harry had earned his leader status and was soon feared by most of London. However, he went by a different name, John Waters. It was his fake name to protect his identity.

Waters was the most feared name in the city and we were all swimming in cash. Of course, all good things had to come to an end," he said and sighed.

"So what happened?" I asked eagerly.

"Well, we were preparing to rob a bank in the outskirts of town. All the gear had been loaded up and we headed out for the bank. Liam managed to shut down all the security and we had snuck into the bank through the ceiling ducts. Everything was going perfectly well, until one of us accidentally nudged the fire alarm next to the wall inside the vault. We all panicked and began shoveling the cash into our bags. Harry lifted himself into the duct and I soon followed him. By then, the cops had arrived. Liam was still in the vault shoveling cash in the bag. He tossed it up into the duct, but never made it up.

Harry had closed the door of the duct and Liam was now trapped.

"Someone has to distact them," he yelled to Liam.

Liam gulped and nodded slowly. He knew that Harry had cheated him and he wasn't going to escape. The last I saw of him was when he raised his hands above his head when the cops burst through the vault door," Niall finished.

"Holy crap. He just left him there?" I asked surprised.

"Yeah. He still regrets it to this day. But Liam definitely got his revenge."

"What did he do?"

"Well, he-" Niall was interrupted by the turning of the door knob, and Harry stumbled into the room.

"Thanks mate," he called to Niall and nearly did a double take when he saw me perched next to the blonde haired boy.

"Youve only been here for like an hour and already have her sitting next to you without a protest?" He asked.

"She's quite friendly if you don't kidnap her," he joked.

"Well it appears I have made that mistake," he laughed and jogged up the stairs.

Author's Note:

This was kind of a filler. I need new ideas and a better idea of where this is going.  Any feedback would help me immensely. Until next time!
