"Is it? Is it really? I have so much riding on this fight. Why didn't I think this through? I should have taken the three weeks off to heal. I could have had a better chance of winning! I don't know if I can do this," he frantically replied.

"But you've won before with a disadvantage. You didn't let it drag you down," I reminded him.

"I barely won Lai," he sighed.

"But you still won. If you won then, you can win now," I assured him, lightly rubbing his back.

"I sure as hell hope you're right."

Laila's POV

The time had come for Harry to defend his undefeated title and all I wanted to do was hide in his changing room and wait for him to come back once the fight was over.

Unfortunately, Louis came in shortly after Harry had left and dragged me up to the private lounge Harry had reserved for us, to watch the fight that could ruin his future.

The announcer climbed into the ring and the crowd began to stir.

"Ladies and Gentlemen! Prepare yourselves for the fight of the century!" He yelled.

I felt my hands shaking slightly, while Louis tried to maintain a calm facial expression.

"Your champion is back and ready to kick some arse, even if he has only one strong arm to do it with! Please welcome the former champion...Harry Styles!!!"

The crowd roared with excitement as Harry jogged into the arena and climbed up into the ring. His cast stood out as he raised his arm to yell 'louder' to the crowd who grew wilder at his request.

"And we can't forget his opponent, Geo Lucas!!!" the ref called.

I gulped at the sight of his opponent. He was slightly larger than Harry and his muscles were bulging. I hoped Harry would find a way to win.

They shook hands, and backed up to their marks. Harry glanced up at me and gave me a small smirk. You'd better win this Styles.

Harry quickly adjusted his glove and waited for the ref to hit the bell, signaling the start of the fight.

Harry's POV

I began to clear my mind of all my worries, and soon enough, I was ready to take on my opponent.

The bell rang, signaling the start of the round and I waited for Geo to strike. He was notorious for striking first, but this time, he never did.

Geo's body crumpled to the floor before I even took so much as a step towards him.

I heard a piercing scream coming from behind me and turned to see the crowd scattering, and Laila, held at gun point, by none other than Liam Payne.

I turned back to Geo to see a trail of crimson red liquid pouring out of his chest and my eyes widened. That shot was not meant for my opponent, it was meant for me.

I quickly jumped back to my senses and exited the ring. Multiple gunshots were being fired around me and all I could think of was Laila.

My feet pounded on the stairs as I rushed up to the lounge and blew through the door. I felt my heart drop when I saw Louis lying on the floor.

He was gasping for air as blood trailed down his neck, staining his shirt. I quickly rushed over to him, but he shook his head once I had reached him.

"Don't bother," he whispered. "Go find her."

I felt my eyes beginning to water and I hugged him tightly before standing up.

"You better be alive when I get back," I warned, and rushed out of the room, and down the hall that lead to the roof of the building.
