Chapter 7

I quickly through on a nicer shirt and some cologne. I go to the bathroom and re-gel my hair. I point to my self in the mirror.

"You, are fabulous" I laugh at myself. I'm so fucking funny.

I run downstairs and grab a light jacket. I then pull out my phone and call Allie. She is the one with a car.......

"Get in loser. We're going shopping." Allie says pulling up to my house. I had been sitting on the curb waiting.

"What?" She laughs and shakes her head. "Anyways, I'm driving." I say. I open her door and offer her a hand.

"Why? Oh, your such a gentle man." She says grabbing my hand. I pull her up and I glance at her outfit. She's wearing a short lilac dress. Her hair is curled and pulled back.

I escort her to the other side of the car. Instead of simply walking to the other side of the car I run and slide over the hood. I can hear laughter from inside the car.

"You are SO fabulous!" Allie says in between laughs. I can't help but laugh too. I can tell this is gonna be a fun date. I hop in the car and start the enegine.

"I thought we were gonna go see a movie." Allie asks. I decides to surprise her and go get something to eat. I pull into the parking lot of Muchas Grasias. Cheesy, I know, but I wanted a chimichanga. I get out of the car and Allie laughs at me.

"This is definitely gonna be he best date ever. Let's go. I want a chimichanga." She says laughing. She hooks her arm around mine and we walk into the 'restraunt' . This girl is amazing. How does she do that? Its like we have the same mind. She looks at me. Her lips wearing a beautiful smile. Her eyes were a sparkling light brown.

We decide to share an order of chimichangas.

"Well this is way more romantic than sharing spaghetti." I say laughing. Allie smiles back.

When we finish the chimichanga I realized we still had an hour until the movie started.

"Well what now? Im out of ideas." I ask. And in that moment I got terrified. The evil look Allie gave me scared me so bad."oh my god you terrifying." I tell her. She giggles and starts walking off in a different direction. I have to jog to keep up with her. I can't tell where she's leading me.

"Allie, where are we going?"

"Somewhere secret." She says as she slips behind a tree. Not just any tree. It was a huge willow. I have always found these trees glorious.

"Come on slow poke!" I hear a voice from above yell. I look up and Allie is already 20 feet above me. I watch her feet dangle from the branch she was sitting on.

"You still seem to surprise me" I quickly try to climb up the tree. She laughs at my ungracefulness.

"Its harder than it looks." I yell up at her.

"No it isn't" She giggles. She sounded like a child.

I finally reach the branch she was on. She steadys me and I just stare at her.

"Your beautiful." I simply state.

"Don't say that." Allie says shying away from me. She looks down. Her eyes a sad green. I put my hand on her cheek and she looks up at me. And for that magical second, everything is perfect.

Then, we both lean in. My heart pounding. She puts one hand on the back of my neck and the other on my chest. I pull her into me. She might as well be sitting on my lap. She pulls me impossibly closer. And then I twitch one muscle and I fall out of the tree.
