Chapter 20

All right. where do I start? I guess I must apologise profusely for how much writers block I have had. A lot of personal things have been happening and I started this after school theater thing and I am currently in a writing class so I havent really had a lot of time. All I can really say is I am so SO sorry for not updating. Anyways. I hope you had an awesome past few months, and lets get this started.

I open my eyes to a beautiful, cold november morning. Allie was in my arms and I could feel her hair tickling my face. Honestly it was kind of comforting. Knowing that Allie was right next to me, and completely vulnerable to my touch, I love it.

"Why are you staring at me?" Allie whispers but doesnt open her eyes. I can feel her smile.

"I cant help it. See, its those lips. Those pink, thin, smiling lips, I just want to kiss them." I whisper back in her ear. She giggles and rolls to face me.

"Thats not stalkery at all." She mocks. "Nice morning breath by the way." I feel my cheeks burn a little when Allie kisses me and sits up.

All of the sudden I feel a big thump on my legs and I sit up to see what it was.

"Eww eww eww! Stop it! Kissy coupley icky-ness is not allowed!" Kari. She keeps bouncing on my legs when Allie shoves her off the bed onto the air matress , which, also happens to be on top of Jake.

"I have waited years to do coupley stuff for years! I will do what ever I want!" Allie yells, laughs like a mad man, and flops back down on the bed next to me. She looks me in the eye and winks. God, why is she so amazing?

Just then Moe comes in and death glares at all of us. "Get up losers. Apparently our reservation got lost and we have to go." She walks back out and slams the door behind her. Well then.

"What a nice morning." I mutter under my breath and only Allie seemed to hear me. 

It took an hour or two to get everything packed up in the car. I'm not actually sure how long we were sopposed to stay but it was definitely longer than we ended up staying.

The car ride home was quiet. I drove and Allie sat up front next to me. Every so often I heard a soft whimper from her but I think she was reading. Something about car sickness... I'm not actually sure.

Behind me was Kari and Jake and behind them was Cassy,Aaron, and Ella. Once again I wasn't very sure but I think I heard Cassy and Aaron arguing quietly through out the whole car ride. After last night I didn't think they would have any trouble getting along.

After I dropped everybody off, including Allie, I tried to go to sleep early but of course, my Xbox got the better of me. Quickly I pop in the first game I see and wait for it to load.

You know what sounds good? Food.

I walk as quietly as I can up the wood steps. It was very difficult considering how much they creaked.

I open the freezer and lean slightly on the door. "Let's see... Ice cream... No... Smoothie? Too close to ice cream. Hmmmmm..... Yes! Frozen peas." I laugh and grab the bag of frozen peas. OK. I get it. I chose frozen and peas over ice cream. I can't help it. They are just so delicious.

When I hop back downstairs onto my bed I grab my controller and press start.

"Resident evil..... 5" The game announces and I press play on campaign. I have beat this game so many times its not even funny. I'm pretty sure I'm on expert mode.

I sigh, lean back, And the level starts. Time to beat the game. Again.
