Chapter 19

"Isn't that Sooji??", Taehee asks.

Shihyun turns to look at the direction that pointed by Taehee. Yes. It's Sooji. Shihyun approaches them. "Choi Sooji..."

"Kwon Shihyun...", Sooji greets him coldly. "And EunTaehee...", Sooji fakes a smile to the girl beside Shihyun.

Shihyun turns to Taehee little bit surprised, he didn't realize that she follows him here.

"Anyeong...", Taehee greets Sooji and Wooshik, with her sweet smile like always. "Do you live here too??", Taehee asks curiously.

"Of courseee....we live together... didn't he tell you???", Sooji replies nonchalantly.

"What???", Wooshik and Taehee ask in unison.

"I am joking...we just live in the same building...", Sooji clarifies while watching Shihyun's reaction. Secretly hopes that he'll admit that to Taehee. "Were you two just having an ice cream together again?? It must be nice..ice cream in summer night..."

"Ice cream?", Shihyun and Taehee look at each other confused. How does she know that they have an ice cream before??

"Good night...", Sooji smiles ignoring the question. She has just taken one step when she suddenly feels like the world spinning. So, she's grabbing Wooshik's arm who's standing next too her to stop herself from falling.

"Are you okay?", Wooshik asks worriedly. Sooji just nods weakly. "I'll walk you to your room...", he circles her hand around her shoulder.

"Let go of her...I'll take her inside...", Shihyun warns Wooshik.

Wooshik ignores him and helps Sooji to walk away. But Shihyun grabs her hand to stop them. "I said. Let go of her."

"You don't even deserve to touch her...", Wooshik glares at him.

"What that does even mean?!"

"STOP!!! You two give me a headache...", Sooji pulls her hand from Shihyun holds. And push Wooshik away. "I can walk by myself...", her steps are wobbled. Shihyun and Wooshik just watch her walk away. They know Sooji is stubborn, so they just stand there worriedly. 

Everything is spinning so much. Sooji closes her eyes, but then she tripped on her own feet. "Aak...", Sooji let out an ugly yelp. Thank God, her hand reflects was pretty fast. If it was not for her hand, her face would hit the ground.

Wooshik and Shihyun run hurriedly to her. "Choi Sooji!!!", Shihyun kneels beside her. Helping her sit down.

"I am fine!", Sooji refused Shihyun's help. Still stubborn. Her palm feels sore, after hitting the pavement

"Shit!!", Shihyun curses, when he noticed the blood dripping from her palm. He hurriedly swipes Sooji up off her feet.

"What are you doing??! Put me down!", Shihyun is ignoring her protest. Carrying her to their room, running. Forget that Taehee and Wooshik even exist.

"Put me down...", Sooji insists. But Shihyun keeps ignoring her.

Shihyun finally puts Sooji down when they're in front of their apartment room because he needs to open the door. Sooji goes straight to the bathroom as soon as Shihyun opened the door.  She washes her wound on the sink. The blood is dripping from her palm. It hurts. It seems like when she fell, her palm hit something sharp in the ground because the cut wound is a little bit deep.

"Let me...", Shihyun suddenly shows up beside her.

" I can do it by myself...", Sooji is still stubbornly trying to refuse Shihyun's help.
