"shit!" I woke up to oliver mumbling
"what?" I said with sleep coating my
voice.
"it's Monday were late." he walked around my room trying to find his shoes, he wasn't wearing a shirt which exposed his usually hidden chest tattoos and honestly I wasn't complaining. at all.
"down stairs next to the couch in the living room" I said getting out of bed
"what?" he looked up with confusion all over his face
"you took your shoes off downstairs when we first got home when we watched American Horror Story last night" he smiled at me and went down the stairs.
I tried to find an outfit as Oliver went down stairs to get his shoes. after I quickly did my hair I threw on Oliver's big grey sweater with black leggings and my black vans.
I went downstairs to see oliver grabbing his keys and he was about to walk out the door I stopped him "Oliver, you forgot your bag" I stood behind him holding his bag up twirling it around he grabbed me and planted his lips on mine. "I should probably bring that with me" he smiled looking down at me.
when we got in the car he let me pick the songs the entire way. I chose to play slipknot, I love slipknot.
when we got on campus it was passing period between homeroom and 1st. I saw girls walking around with balloons and posters asking them to homecoming. it didn't bother me much but i did envy them. although I do have other things to worry about, not just some silly amazing way to be asked to homecoming.
class went as usual but lunch had become weird. and different. just walking out to the usual place we sat was different.
we always met with Charlotte and Daniel then walked out, but this time neither of them met us. Oliver seemed to brush it off as if it didn't bother him but how he constantly tapped his fingers against his leg when I asked where they were let me know otherwise.
"it's my fault right? the whole Gabe thing scared all of your friends off? I'm the girl who almost got raped right?" I looked down as we approached the trees with spray painted arrows on them.
we suddenly stopped walking, then I looked up to see Oli rushing over to the group which seemed to be huddled around Daniel. I ran over and saw him sitting down, hungover as fuck, eyes puffy and dressed in a jacket and sweats.
Elena looked over to us and motioned her head taking me and Oliver aside.
"Charlotte, she cheated on him with-"
Oliver cut her off mid sentence "no, how did no one notice? they've been together for more than a year." Oliver ran his fingers through his hair. I was completely confused on to what was happening.
"did he try anything" Oliver looked at Elena with sorrowful eyes
"just drowning his sadness with vodka" she tried to smile as Oliver walked back to Daniel "Oli" I tried to walk after him but Elena grabbed my arm "let's go for a walk" she smiled. I looked back at him and he just nodded his head and walked to Daniel.
we walked towards the entrance to the forest and then we stopped she looked at me
"who did she cheat with?" I questioned utterly confused about the entire situation.
"Gabe" she replied with nervousness in her voice. the thought of him sent an ache down my body and a feeling of fear in my mind.
she went on with the conversation,
"what did he do to you?" her words struck me with surprise.
"w-what do you mean" I knew what direction this conversation was going but I didn't want to talk about it just yet.
