Chapter 17-

We managed to get the girls to safety and the lantern back on the wagon the only problem now was the monster holding Rin and myself this could not get any worse. To everyone's surprise Bon brought us some time before we started running with Rin and I pulled the wagon while everyone else ran.

"I thought you killed it." Rin yelled back to Bon

"Less talking more running for or lives."

"Couldn't the baby god humans use their powers?" asked Shima as we ran

"No, The Interceptor said if we did, she would send us to the high ups and I don't know about you but I don't feel like becoming a science experiment." I hissed at him

"I think we lost it." Said Shima

My sister wore a pissed off expression.

"Hyuk, Hyuk, Hyuk. That was epic m." Ryuk chuckled

"What are you doing here Ryuk?" I Asked the Stupid Shinigami

"Tsk. I am not here for you, you Royal Prat, I am here for your sister. Your Gunslinger prince is in a bit of a pickle princess." Ryuk Said

Arielle gave me a look that read' I am going to Yukio.'

"Go." I told her and she simply nods as she got her sword off and ran into the woods.

"Where's Arielle going?" Asked Bon

"Ryuk and her are going to look for Yukio, he's in the forest according to the stupid Shinigami."

"I heard that you Prat."Yelled out Ryuk

Everyone's eyes widened.

"Ryuk can turn invisible."

I snorted. "Of course he has been here for most of the trip."

"Then why did he help?" Asked Bon who looked annoyed

"Because he flew off before Rin and I were attacked and he hates bugs."

Hating bugs? Amen to that." Shima said

"We better start heading back, by the way thanks for back there Suguro." Said Rin

"I was just returning the favor."

"Favor?" Asked Rin

" You saved me. You said you wanted to defeat Satan just like me, without being embarrassed."

"Well I'm stupid so I don't really think about that kinda stuff."

"I don't think so.But stop trying to solve everything by yourself! Don't forget that you're not alone that goes for you too, Katriel!" Said Bon

"Hey come on, I don't go off by myself. I normally have Rin, Yukio, Arielle or Ryuk with me and let me tell 75% of my time Ryuk is following me." I Said

"Bon's totally right. You can't defeat Satan alone."

"I'll help you, even though I can't do much." Said shiemi

"As long as it doesn't involve more bugs." Said Shima

"Thanks." Said Rin

"But Shima was totally useless this time." Said Bon

"That's not fair, Bon! I did what I could!" Said Shima

I chuckled at their antics before I rubbed Rin's arm knowing the thoughts of the others finding out he is the son of Satan troubles him greatly.

"You're still in one piece."

"Where's your sister?" She Asked me

"She's in the woods she got word that Yukio was in trouble." I answered
