Katriel Pov:
Arielle and I soon arrived in the shopping district.
"Katriel why are we here?" My little sister asked me
"We need to get presents for everyone. Seeming we both know that Izumo doesn't like the idea of just her birthday being celebrated." I explained to my sister
"Bitches you left me behind." Growled Ryuk who decide to, at the last minute jump onto the bus and go gift shopping with us
We walked into a homeware store first and Arielle picked out Rin's present... I didn't want to get him something to do with cooking I wanted to give him something.personal. Next on our list of gifts was Shima.
"What do we get this salmon head?" I muttered
"Condoms and lube and say have at it." Ryuk said as I gave him a withered look
Arielle and I face palmed at Ryuk's idea but suddenly a book caught my attention.
'Two hundred steps to getting the girl.'
I gave Arielle a look and she mirrored it upon her face. And at that moment we both knew we had found the perfect gift for Shima. Yukio was next, I knew what I was getting him already but I was curious to see what my sister was going to get him.
"Come with me, your a guy, I need you help." said my sister as she dragged me into a store. My face turned red when I noticed this wasn't a clothing store but instead a lingerie store.
"Arielle, why are we here?" I asked my sister
"Because we are going to give our men the best birthday present ever."
"You want we to wear this?" I asked pointing to a lacey blue bra
Arielle rolled her eyes at me, "No silly, there is a men's section back there." She said
"I am terrible at clothes shopping, 40% of the time I just wear turtlenecks."
"That why I am here to help, now mush." said my sister as we made our way to the men's section.
"I am just going to assume that you are the uke in this relationship, seeming that was the only way you could become pregnant."
"Thanks for reminding me." I grumbled
"Be quiet and try this on." My sister said as she threw me a pair of dainty black and blue laced panties with a little black bow on the front of them
I grumbled as Ryuk chuckled and I went to the dressing room and changed into them. I hate to admit it but my sister was right. They felt nice on. The cold silky cloth clinging to my skin.
My sister stepped in and inspected it.
"It looks good on you, but big brother you do a bit too much manscaping."
My face flushed red.
"Arielle." I scowled.
She chuckled, get changed back into your clothes." I think I saw a pair of blue fluffy handcuffs that would go with your new clothing article nicely."
With a red face I changed back into my clothes and followed Arielle to the woman's section.
"What do you think?" Arielle said stepping out wearing a similar design corset and panties that were black and blue. I wasn't really Arielle.
"That not really you." I told her
She hummed in thought before going back into the changing rooms and a few minutes later she come out in a black lacy set.
"Those look better."I told her
"Let's go get those handcuffs and get back to shopping for the rest of these presents."
"I thought she was joking." I muttered as Ryuk chuckled
"This is more entertaining than Light and L's mental battle by far."
As Arielle paid I muttered under my breath to Ryuk, "Stupid Shinigami."
"Whatever you say you Royal Prat."
We got out of the store and now we're looking for a gift for Bon and we both decided to get him a ticket to a gun show seeming he wanted to become a Dragoon as well as an Aria. Then we got Miwa some books on ancient Aria chants and last and definitely least we got Shiemi a plant seeming we are still mad at her but it would be rude not to give her anything.
We soon arrived back at the dorms. Arielle put the stuff in our room while I went downstairs to get something to eat.
"Katerial, remember you are banned from cooking in any kitchen for life." My sister called out from down the hall
I groaned at that. I know I wasn't the best cook, okay maybe I almost burnt down a kitchen once but how was I supposed to know you should set a timer if you leave something in the oven. I go downstairs to see most of the people from the Cram school surrounding a cake.
"That is..."
"It was my first try." said Rin
I turned to my side to see my sister has now standing next to me and Ryuk hovering above us.
"No way, No way, No way." Bon chanted
"What does Norway have to do with this?" Asked Rin
"There's no way this will do." said Bon
To be honest I didn't see the problem with it.
"Konekomaru! You were supposed to keep an eye him!"
" I just looked away for a moment." said Konekomaru Miwa
"Leave Konekomaru alone! It's perfect, isn't it?"
" It's totally wrong!" said Shima
"What's wrong with it? Looks like a perfectly fine birthday cake to me." Said Yukio
"I agree." said My sister
"It's a cake, words or not I will eat it."
The rest of the group besides, Yukio, Arielle, Rin and myself looked at us shocked and pulled out a book to show us the difference.
"So birthday cakes and Christmas cakes are different?" said Rin
" You always learn new stuff, even at the age of 16 Right, Rin?"
"Do you see a difference besides the words on the cake?" I asked my sister who shook her head
"They both have four eggs, sugar, milk..." Arielle trailed off as some of the other kids started at us like we were crazy.
"We'll be in our dorm if you need us." I said as Arielle and I went upstairs
"We better start wrapping the presents," Arielle said as we walked into our room.
