Chapter 5-

"It's so sad," Rin said as he cried over a page in Yukio's manga.

Arielle and I come into his room to study with him but as soon as I walked into his dorm this morning I could tell he was as reluctant to open the books as I was.

I sighed out of pure and utter boredom as I turned my book upside down and put it on my face, hoping somehow I would retain more information like this.

"Katriel."

"Yeah, Arielle?" I answered her

"It's been awhile since we trained together."

"That's because father was afraid we would like each other." I informed her

" Yeah but dad isn't here." I smiled and removed that book from my face.

"No weapons allowed."

"Alright." I said as I stood up and put the book near Rin on his bed.

"What are you guys about to do?" Rin asked

"Cure our boredom."

"On 3." My sister said as we got into a fighting stance

"3" she said and tried to kick me but I dodged

I leap over her and tried to kick her but she managed to almost take out my feet.

"What type of fighting style is that?" Rin asked his younger brother who was right next to him

"That's called Capoeira it's a form of Brazillian fighting ." Yukio informed him

'Watch your feet big brother or I might just win."

"I think not." I said taking out her hand that she was using to anchor herself to the ground

"You need to be more aware of your hands." I told her as she laid on the ground

"Well your not as easy as Matt. I will give you that."

"Where did you learn that?" Rin asked

"Our father and uncles taught us that at a very young age to protect ourselves." Arielle informed Rin as she got up off the floor.

"You know I will be asking for a rematch one of these days."

"And I look forward to wiping the floor with you." I told her

"You better watch your mouth, Katriel, you might be waking up with a squid on your face." she warned me

I gave her a serious look

"You wouldn't dare."

We heard Ryuk laugh as he watched as the manga Rin was reading was taken away from him.

"Hey, damn you! Give that back!" Rin demanded to his younger brother.

"I don't need your fluids all over my manga." Yukio scowled

"And how are your studies? Have you taken a look at the materials I gave you yesterday?"

""It's like they forgot we are even here."I muttered to Arielle who nods

"Welcome to my world." Grumbled Ryuk

" I did, I did! But Why is it all children's stories?! Bible Stories for Children You're getting carried away with making fun of me!" grumbled Rin

"I'm not making fun of you, it's just suited for your intelligence." Yukio said

"You damn spotty four-eyes! I thought stuff like this would be easier for you to understand. Are you implying that I'm not suited for obediently sitting at my desk and studying?" That hadn't crossed my mind."
