Chapter 24-

Ten Months later~

The end was close Arielle, Ryuk and I know it. Arielle was mad at Yukio for becoming the Paladin while I was worried about what was to come. It won't be long before satan entered this world. Yukio was already helping to create the bridge without even himself knowing. He has betrayed us yet my sister still loves him. That means I had to help the fool. I was almost due to have child and the world was about to go to shit. Rin has been worrying about his brother going evil... If only he knew what was coming. We all watched on in horror as the gate to gehenna was opened. Rin has been missing for 2 days and I have been worried out of my mind.

I was horrified by the sense that I saw in front of me. Rin was chained up.

"We have to stop them." I said as  I struggled against my sister's graspe.

"Kid think about this reasonably, your father told me to get both of you out of here if it becomes dicey." Ryuk said to me

"There is nothing you can do Katriel, think about your child, please." My sister said guestering to my obvious baby bump.

I watched on as the leader of the Vatican, electrified Rin.

"No." I cried out

"No, Rin you can't died." I yelled out

"Someone shut him up." Growled on of the leaders

I kept quiet but tear struck down my face as Rin dripped of blood.   

"I will open the Gehenna Gate, so let Rin go!" said Yukio

"No, Yukio don't do this." my sister yelled out

"Very well." yelled the leader as Rin was taken down.

Yukio then cut his wrist and his ears grew, teeth replaced with fangs and burst into blue flashes as he screamed. My sister had a haunted look cloud her grey eyes. Suddenly Arielle and I looked around to see other Exorcist bursting into blue flames.

"Come on your Royal Prats, time to blow this popsicle stand." said Ryuk

"We aren't leaving, not until they are safe." I told him

"Think about this logically, if you die your father will kill me. He was already planning to sacrifice his life for yours."

"What do you mean Ryuk?" I asked the Shinigami

"That day in the garden when he saw you. He knew if you gave birth to Satan's grandson you would die. You are still human Katriel even with the reincarnated god powers. You would have died in childbirth just as Yukio and Rin's mother had."

My hazel nut eyes widened. "He going to do that?"

"Yes but the trade only works if you die of childbirth, if you die of something else your dead."

"Why did you tell me this before?" I growled at him

"Because your old man told me not too."

"We have to go." said Ryuk

"We stay Ryuk, like it or not. Dangerous or not, we don't turn our backs on our friends."

"You Royal Prat don't you understand if you stay here you may die, your numbers are going down." Growled the Shinigami

"And that is a choice I am willing to make."

"What about Rin and your kid. Yukio, Arielle, me. You would be leaving us all." Ryuk yelled

"At least you all would be safe and that is all that matters to me."

"Yukio." said My sister trying to get closer to him

"Stay away," said Yukio who was still on fire

Suddenly weird looking heads come out of the portal.

"What the hell?" asked Shima

Suddenly I saw something falling from the sky... "Get down." said Bon

The people from the cram school left there was only Rin (still unconscious), Ryuk, Arielle, myself and Yukio who was now being possessed by Satan.

Satan gave out an evil laugh before he turned to us.

"So your the mortal who carries my Grandchild."

Satan got his claws and dug them into me, I choked out blood.

"Katriel." My sister yelled.

As Ryuk transported us away from the fight to the place were Rin and Yukio's mother gave birth to them.

"There isn't much time." I coughed out to my sister as I pulled out a dagger Rin had got me.

"I need you to save my child n..o matter what." I told her

Arielle had tears in her grey eyes.

"Katriel, I don't want to lose you."

"We will find each other again just maybe in another life." I coughed out more blood.

"You have to do it now... Arielle he doesn't have much time left." Ryuk told my sister and for once it wasn't in his mocking way

"I am sorry Arielle. I know I haven't been the easiest brother." I told her

"Shut up, you going to life damn it." My sister cried out before she cut into my stomach causing pain to shoot through my body.

Everything blurred but not long after I hear a cry.

"It's a girl. What will you name her brother." my sister asked

"Nadia 'Shiro' Okumur..a." I said as my world turned to darkness.

I could no longer feel pain.

I could no longer feel the cold.

I felt nothing
