I stood there in black sweatpants and a black hoodie at her funeral watching as they sank the wooden box containing the love of my life underground. I haven't slept or eaten for days and when I did sleep I had nightmares of Valeska's crying face, pleading me to help her. Images of her bloody and bruised face looked emotionless and how she fell down the waterfall. The hoodie I has wearing was one that she had used a lot and it smelled like her, like a faint smell of strawberries and vanilla, and I'm going to miss it forever. The guys stood gathered around me and Simon even cried. They talked to me but I didn't hear them, everything I heard was her screaming that was ringing through my head and the pained expression on her face as Ziko kicked her time and time again.

I didn't even get the chance to tell her that I love her...

Guilt and sadness take over my body as I fall to the ground crying my heart out for the person I love. Valeska. I saw her drown. I saw the desperation in her eyes and I coulnd't do anything.
The guys helped me stand up before we bagan walking towards my car with a heavy feeling in my chest that will follow me for the rest of my life. Because my life weren't there.

It was like everything happened in slow-motion when Ziko loosened his grip around Valeska letting her fall freely down the waterfall. In one last attempt to get out of the guys grip I punched one over the throat and one in the balls.

Sorry, bro, I know how bad that hurts.

"Fucking get him!!" Ziko shouted as I jumped off the edge.

Valeska had already hit the surface of the water and now I just hope that I get her in time. I fall into the water seeing how Valeska fell lifelessly through the water and I was so close to shout 'Baby' before I remembered I was in water. I began swimming towards her body in a quick phase and luckily catching up to her before pulling her body towards mine. Her eyes fluttered open a little before a small smile made its way onto her face as she saw me. I began swimming towards the surface again only to see a bullet cut through the water, followed by more bullets. You kidding me?!

I pulled Valeska even closer to me when I remembered the little cave behind the waterfall that you only can go to through the water, and to me those guys looks like cats. I was running out of breath as I quickly made my way to the cave. I submerged from the water and quickly pulled up Valeska on the little rock-platform before pulling myself up. My breathing was heavy as I began giving Valeska CPR and only after about 15 pushes against her chest she began coughing up water.

"Are you okay, Val?" I said as I began gathering her wet hair from her face.

"I'm fine" she coughed.
