Karina sighed as she walked into her new chambers. After weeks of traveling, they had finally reached King's Landing. To her the city held no charm. It was overcrowded and smelled horrible. The nicest part of the city had to be the Red Keep, but she could only stand the fake pleasantries of the ladies at court for so long.
"Will you be attending the tourney?" Sansa asked. The two were going to have tea on Karina's balcony. The red haired girl reminded Karina so much of herself. Innocent and hopeful.
"I will be," Karina replied glad that the handmaidens had already set out their afternoon tea. "How are you handling the change from Winterfell?" Karina asked sitting down as Sansa followed suit. "It's quite a drastic change," she added.
"I have always wanted to be in King's Landing and I am going to be Queen one day," Sansa said happily at the prospect of her future. "Did you ever want to be Queen? Arya doesn't even want to be a lady," Sansa inquired.
"When I was a little girl of just six. I wanted to be Queen so badly. It was all I ever talked about especially after mother would read to me about the old Spyre Queens before the Targaryens," Karina revealed.
"And now?" Sansa questioned.
"Not anymore. I'm more than happy with what I have now," Karina said lying to the young girl. She wasn't happy, she was dealing. But Karina knew it was best not to shatter Sansa's hopes and dreams at the moment. The worst crime that anyone could ever commit in Karina's mind was breaking someone's innocence.
"Do you think I'll be a good Queen?" Sansa asked.
"I know you'll be a great Queen, Sansa," Karina replied. "Just remember one thing. A Queen doesn't need a King, but a King needs a Queen," She said hoping that the young Stark girl would remember what she said. Sansa grinned happily at the thought of her being a great Queen. Her dreams were slowly coming to fruition. Soon she would be married to Prince Joffrey and become his Queen. Karina's words flying past her head as she focused solely on the great Queen part.
"I hope I'll be as pretty as Cersei when I'm older," Sansa said.
"You'll be even prettier," Karina said. "The Queen touched by fire and raised in ice," Karina said as the two girls laughed.
It was that day that Sansa started to look up to the raven haired lady. Sansa hoped that Karina would stay in King's Landing for as long as possible. She wanted to learn more from her new friend.

Karina was in the middle of untying her dress when Jaime's arms wrapped around her waist. "You looked beautiful today," he muttered against her neck as he placed short kisses. He was only doing this to get his father off his back, he wanted to believe. If Karina was pregnant, Tywin would stop bothering him. But a part of him knew he was opening up to Karina in a manner he had only opened up to Cersei before. He was beginning to look forward to retiring to their chambers and fuck her senselessly. As Karina undid the last knot, her dress opened up to reveal her breasts and the slip she wore underneath. Jaime moved his hands up he arms until he reached her shoulders and pushed down her dress. The black gown puddled at her feet as she was left only in the revealing slip.
"How was your day? I barely saw you," Karina asked turning around so she was facing him. Her arms wrapped around his neck.
"Tiresome. I was taking care of some final things with the Kingsguard," Jaime revealed not mentioning the conversation he had with his father about Karina. "And yours?" He wondered.
"Oh it was great. Sansa and I had tea together," Karina smiled. "And I was thinking about our future," she said.
"What about it?" Jaime asked.
"If we could go to Casterly Rock before I am with child. Would it not be ideal if I knew my duties as Lady Lannister before I had focus on caring for a baby?" She questioned.
"Father will be pleased about that," Jaime said truthfully. The more engrained Karina was in their family's household that less likely was it for the Spyres to go against them.
Internally Karina smirked. Her plan was going pleasantly. She would engrain herself into the Lannister Household and destroy it. The Lannisters prided themselves on their wealth and she would be the one in charge of it.
She let out a squeal when Jaime picked her up so suddenly and carried her over to their bed. If Karina was so willing to do her duties as his wife, he should be doing his duties as her husband. "You're wearing way too many clothes, my love," Karina said as she worked at helping him take off his clothing. Before they could go any further, someone knocked on their door. Jaime groaned as his head fell down in annoyance. He just wanted to be alone with his wife. "Who is it?" Karina called out.
"Lila, milady, Ive brought dinner," Karina's new handmaiden called out from outside. Jaime pulled the blanket up and covered Karina.
"Bring it in!" Jaime yelled moving off of Karina who was trying to hold in her laughter at Jaime's disappointment. "Set it on the table and leave," he barked wanting to get back to worshipping his wife's body and hearing her moan in pleasure because of him. Lila cautiously walked into the room noticing Ser Jaime's displeasure at her arrival. She quickly placed the dinner on the table.
"Thank you, Lila," Karina told the handmaiden. Lila rushed out after acknowledging the thank you. "Now where were we?" Karina asked Jaime with a teasing smile.
"I believe I was about to ravish your pretty little body," Jaime replied taking his place on top her once again. His lips latched onto her neck, making a new mark to signal that she was his in every way.
