Chapter 3

Kagome stared at (Y/n) and Inuyasha who were walking ahead of the group, talking and smiling at each other. She felt like she was being replaced. She didn't like the idea of (Y/n) being in their group at all.

Inuyasha and (Y/n) seem very close to each other even more today which was bothering her ever since she woke up. Earlier in the morning, she saw Inuyasha and (Y/n) sleeping on the tree together. She didn't like that.
She felt jealousy every time she sees (Y/n).

Sango, Miroku, Shippo and even the old flea, Myoga, wanted (Y/n) to be on the team.
Everyone except from her.

Just then, (Y/n) stopped walking, suddenly being silent.
"What's wrong, (n/n)?"Inuyasha asked as everyone stopped walking.
Kagome looked away. Inuyasha never called her with a nickname.
"I feel two Shikon jewel shards coming in our way,"(Y/n) said.

Kagome looked back at her.
"What are you talking about? I feel nothing," she said with a calm face. Then, her eyes widened when she sensed Shikon fragment coming in their way.
"What's wrong, Kagome-sama?"Miroku asked.
"I feel-"Kagome started but, she stopped when Koga appeared in front of the group.

"Yo!" Koga said, cheerfully as he crossed his arms.
"So, it was you,"(Y/n) said and Koga looked at her then, he blinked.
"You look familiar," Koga said as he crossed his arms and looked at (Y/n) carefully.
Everyone looked at (Y/n) with questioning looks.

"(Y/n), do you know this so called puny wolf called Koga?"Inuyasha asked, standing beside (Y/n) protectively.
(Y/n) smiled and shrugged.
"Oh, I know Koga. Ayame's fiancee,"she said and Koga looked at her shocked.
"A-Ayame?" Koga questioned then, after a few seconds later, he blushed.

"Now, I remember you. You are that half-demon girl," Koga said.
"Watch your mouth, you punny wolf!"Inuyasha said,a bit pissed.
"I am (Y/n),"(Y/n) said.
"Who cares? What are you doing with mutt's group anyway?" Koga said.
"None of your business,"Inuyasha said and Koga and Inuyasha glared at each other.

"Koga-kun, you know (Y/n) too?" Kagome asked.
Koga turned to her with a smile. He ran up to her as he clasped her hands in his.
"Yo, Kagome! As beautiful as always. Yea, she is an old friend," he said.
Kagome blushed a bit at his words and she laughed nervously.
"Oh, Koga likes Kagome?"(Y/n) asked, surprised.

Shippo jumped over to (Y/n)'s shoulder.
"Yea, he eventually fell for her after he kidnapped her," he said.
"Heh..."(Y/n) said.
Inuyasha rolled his eyes and sat down on the grass.
"I felt like this is gonna take a while," he said.

"He doesn't even step in now," Kagome thought.
"Kagome, I brought these for you," Koga said as he handed her some beautiful flowers.
Kagome blushed a bit and she smiled.
"Thanks, Koga-kun, that's sweet of you," she said.

"Keh! All the drama," she heard Inuyasha mumbled. She glared at him and said.
"Sit"

Inuyasha fell to the ground with a thud, yelling as he held his fingers up.
"Inuyasha!"(Y/n) yelled as she sat down beside him.
Koga snickered.
"Serves him right," he mumbled.
Kagome looked away with a humph.

"Somehow, I feel tension here," Sango mumbled to Miroku.
"I have a vague idea of what's going on,"Miroku said back.
Kirara just meowed.

Inuyasha looked up and glares at Kagome.
"What was that for, idiot?!"he yelled.
"Hey, don't call her that, mutt!" Koga yelled.
"Shut up!"Inuyasha yelled back as he got up with an angry look.
"Calm down, Inuyasha,"(Y/n) said.
"Yep, calm down," Shippo agreed.

Inuyasha rolled his eyes and huffed.
He looked away.
"Kagome, are you sure you wanna stay this with idiot? You can come to my side anytime you want," Koga asked. Kagome smiled at him.
"I am sure I want to, Koga-kun, thanks," she said.

"Ok, then. I will see you later, Kagome," Koga said as he winked at her and ran away, continuing his journey. Kagome smiled as she watched him left.

"Well, let's continue with our journey too,"Miroku said.
"Yep, hey Inuyasha! Cheer up, will ya?!"Shippo yelled.
"Keh! Shut up,"Inuyasha said and looked away.
"Why are you acting so grumpy?" Kagome asked, rolling her eyes.
"Shut up. It's none of your business,"Inuyasha snapped and Kagome glared at him.

"Why are you yelling at me?!"she yelled.
"Then, why did you sit me?!"Inuyasha yelled back.
"Great. This isn't gonna end well,"Miroku mumbled from the background.
Sango and Shippo nodded.
"Why?"(Y/n)asked them, quietly as she watched Inuyasha and Kagome yelled at each other, fighting.

"Kagome is scary when she is angry,"Shippo whispered back and (Y/n) made an "ohhh..." expression.

"Just enough! You had no reason to sit me
earlier ago!"Inuyasha yelled, pointing a finger at Kagome.
"Yes, I do! You know what? I am going home! You are so rude! Why can't you be like
Koga-kun?!"Kagome yelled.
"Keh! As if that would happen. Go home if you want! I don't wanna see your face!"Inuyasha yelled. 
"Fine! Sango-chan?" Kagome called to Sango who flinched a bit.
"Yes?" Sango replied.

"Can I lend Kirara for a while?" Kagome asked and Kirara jumped onto Sango's head.
"Umm...sure," Sango said.
"Thanks!" Kagome said as Kirara transformed.
Kagome got on Kirara.
She shot a glare at Inuyasha.
"Sayonara Inuyasha,"she said.

"Keh! Whatever,"Inuyasha said. Kagome glared at him and then at (Y/n) who looked at her confused.

Kagome humphed and let Kirara flew into the sky as she started heading back home.
"Did I do something wrong?"(Y/n) asked to Shippo who shrugged.
"Well, what do we do now? Go back to the village or continue with our journey? What do you wanna do, Inuyasha?"Miroku asked.

Inuyasha sighed as he got up.(Y/n) looked at him and couldn't help but wondered how can Inuyasha looks so good. Last night, Inuyasha marked her which they decided to keep a secret until Naraku dies. Using her magic,(Y/n) was able to keep a secret.

"(Y/n)?"she jumped when she heard Inuyasha called. She saw that she was still sitting except from everyone. She blushed and got up.
"Sorry! I got distracted! Where are we going?" she asked.
"We decided to go on since you can sense
shikon jewel shards,"Inuyasha said and looked at her. Then he smirked, causing
(Y/n) to blush.

She looked away, smiling and started walking ahead of the group. Inuyasha rolled his eyes, smiling and followed.
Sango, Shippo and Miroku looked at each other confused before following.

Inuyasha was still in a good mood?
