Stacy: I don't want too but I think I'm going to have too. I'm exhausted Lance, driving them wayyyy across town five days a week, coming help with homework, fix dinner and just be present as possible. This is a lot.
Lance: Yeaaaa, it is but it's best for now due to the situation.
Stacy: I know all that and can you believe Sheila have yet to call and ask them to come home?!
Lance: I mean what did you expect, she knows they're fine and safe because they're with you.
Stacy: Yea, but that's still no excuse. These are her children I love them as my own but geeesh she could show a lil more interest in her children I don't care who they're with Hell this Erica more available to them the she is.
Lance: I mean I don't know what you want me to say babe, you know how your sister is.
Stacy: I don't know where she comes from sometimes.
Lance: Well just let me know where I can help, and I will.
Stacy: I know I know I know and I appreciate it babe.
Lance: Okay, so I'll still see you tonight?
Stacy heard a vase fall onto the floor in the hall outside of the wash room where she was doing laundry and talking on the phone.
Lance: Stacyyy??? You still there???
Stacy:Uhhh yea, we'll see.
Lance: Don't cancel on me again Stac, come on now babe.
Stacy: Lance, let me call you back in a sec.
Lance:Really ?
Stacy: No, I really gotta go. I'll talk too you later.
Lance was Stacy's MARRIED business partner and she had fell victim to what so many other women had by mixing business with pleasure and taking it way to far. Lance have been her business partner for six years now and they've been having inappropriate relationships four of those six years. Stacy has had run in with his wife but his little girl is crazy about Stacy which that's who told Lances' wife about their "friendship" in the beginning but let's not get lost in that situation, that's a story for another book.
Stacy hung up the phone and ran behind Lil Charles as he begin to storm down the hall full of hurt. She didn't know he was in the kitchen which is right beside the washroom and heard every word she was saying on the telephone.
"Wait Lil Charles, I can explain." Stacy said in a winded tone. "No, I'm good tee. I get it." Lil Charles said. "No you don't, that's why I'm trying to explain." "No I do get it, you don't want us here and we're in your way so you can just take us home." "No that's not what I said Charles come on now, you know I love you guys so much and keep your voice down before you wake Chelsea up." "That's exactly where I'm head to her room, well by bad your guest room to wake her up and let her know we need to go home." Lil Charles said loudly with hopes that would awake Chelsea. Stacy was finally close enough to him that she could grab his hand. She stopped his right before he was about to walk into where Chelsea was sleeping. "Lil Charles you know I love y'all and that's not what I was saying at all I'm sorry." "Tee Stacy I thought we were better than that, you could've talked told us that though." "I know and you're right, but I was venting to another adult that's it. I wasn't talking about you guys I love y'all with all my heart." "But you could've sat us down and explained how tired and exhausted you were like you sat us down and talk to us about everything else." " As I said you're right I should've but I was just venting that's all."
Chelsea was awoken by all the loud mumbles coming from outside her door. She reached over to hit her phone and check the time, it read 8:28am. "Who the hell be up at 8am on a SATURDAY!!" She thought to herself while smothering her head in her pillow before she got out of bed.
