Changbin felt his blood turn cold as the man eyed him. He tried to gather his courage to speak up.

"Who are you?" Changbin asked.

The man let out a small giggle. "I am someone. Maybe a fan? Or co-worker?"

Changbin wanted to strangle his ass right away. "Why are you doing this?"

"I've always hated people who get attention, even though they do not deserve it." The man said, rolling the hourglass around in his hand. "I've tried everything, but I never got the chance to do what I dream of."

"What do you mean?" Changbin asked, standing up as the man walked a little closer.

"I have been a trainee for nine years. I was a trainee at the same time as you guys... I was supposed to be in the show and win! I have the skill to be in the fucking band!" The man yelled, his face starting to turn red out of anger.

Changbin felt confused. "Y-you tried to get into the show?"

"I did and guess what? They said I was too fucking ugly and too fucking useless!"

Changbin's hands turned into fists as he looked at the man. "Even though you felt like shit or still do, it doesn't give you the right to hurt us!"

"You took it from me, so I want to take revenge." The man said, his mouth turning into a crooked smile.

Changbin stepped backwards. "This is wrong. We haven't done anything to you. At least not Felix."

"Oh? You want to protect your toy... It's almost sweet." The man laughed.

Changbin looked at Felix, who was still sitting on the floor of the store, crying hopelessly.

"Yes and no. I want to protect him, but he's not my toy." Changbin said, feeling a strange wave of courage. "You have no right to touch him."

"But I have already touched him." The man said. "I have killed him many times, but you always went back in time to save him. I know you were there."

The man stepped closer to Changbin, holding his hourglass close to his chest. He smiled, putting his other hand in his pocket.

"I know you wanted to live with your friends... but I can't have that. I wanted to be like you, but they denied me." The man sighed, taking a knife out. "You are loved, but I am hated. Is it fair?"

"It's not fair, but... but you can do something, so people won't hate you," Changbin said, backing up against a wall. "You can change."

"You destroyed me. I am jealous. I hate you being happy..." The man held the knife tighter in his hand. "I hate your happiness... I hate the fact that you are beautiful and talented."

Changbin couldn't breathe. The man was now so close that Changbin felt his breath on his skin.

"You have to die."

The man raised his hand and swung the knife. Changbin ducked, rolling away from the man.

"You know I can hit you with this, even though you're using the hourglass." The man giggled, walking closer to Changbin.

It made Changbin run. He ran to the store's front, peeking inside. He then turned to look at the man.

"And I don't care that he called the cops. I can always just go back in time!" The man laughed manically, swinging the knife around. "I can always fuck you guys over!"

That's right. He has a way out...

Destroy his hourglass! If you destroy it, he can't go back in time!

Right! Thank you!

Changbin looked at the man. He would have to take the hourglass by force.

He walked closer to the man, his heart beating like crazy. He studied the man's actions and expressions. He would have to be really careful, or he could get seriously hurt.

"What? Are you accepting your fate?"

Changbin didn't answer. He walked a little closer, trying to figure out when he was close enough. The man was about to swing the knife again and that's when Changbin moved.

He ran, grabbing the hourglass, but the man didn't let go of it so easily. Changbin tried to snatch it to himself, but then he felt something hit his leg. He looked down and saw a knife sticking out of his leg. Changbin let out a scream, but he wasn't about to give up. He grabbed the hourglass even tighter, pulling it. The man grabbed the knife and pulled it out of Changbin's leg.

"Let go of it!" The man yelled, stabbing Changbin's leg again in the same spot.

Changbin screamed again, but at the same time, the man let go of the hourglass. Changbin took it and quickly smashed it to the ground. They watched it as it stopped glowing and the sand poured through the broken glass.

"Now you've done it..." The man murmured, his eyes glowing angrily.

Changbin secured his own hourglass and he hissed as he stepped. His leg was bleeding pretty much, and it hurt like hell. The man held the knife up, so the blood was dripping down his hand.

Changbin noticed blue and red lights on the horizon. He was saved. The police were there. Changbin let out a sigh, but a little bit too soon. As soon as he closed his eyes for a second, he felt the knife hit his arm. He stumbled back, dropping his hourglass on the ground. Changbin panicked as he saw his hourglass shatter into small pieces.

The man smiled. "Well, if I can't kill others... at least I can kill you."

Changbin started walking away from him, unable to run. He heard the man coming closer.

I'm gonna die! I- I will die! Help me!

Shh... you just have to escape him until the cops get here.

How!? How can I escape when I have this huge fucking wound on my leg!?

You have to! Otherwise, it'll be you who's dead! And if you die, I'll be gone too!

Then help me you jackass!

Changbin dragged himself closer to the police car that was coming. His leg hurt, but he tried to run. Blood dripped to asphalt as he sped up.

I need to get away! I need to survive!

The steps approached behind him.

"Changbin! Watch out!"

Darkness... I can't see... my head hurts. Help me. Please, someone, help me.

I don't want to die...

I don't want to die...

I don't want to die!
