Rayla's POV
Callum and I travel for a while, we eventually get tired and stop to rest under a tree. I sit down next to Callum and I rest my head on his shoulder, and guess what, he blushes. we end up taking a nap and we wake up realizing that zym is gone, "Where is zym?" I ask frantically. " he was laying there before we went to sleep", "oh no no no no, this is bad!". "Rayla calm down we'll figure this out", Im close to having a panic attack but Callum isn't gonna let that happen. He walks over to me and gives me a hug. "everything is gonna be ok Rayla" this is the first time Callum made contact with me without blushing, but that doesn't mean I'm gonna stop teasing him.
Callum's POV
I can't believe zym is missing... Rayla is having a panic attack and I'm trying to comfort her but its not working, probably because of her stubborn personality."Rayla I promise, its gonna be ok" she's still freaking out, I'm not sure what to do. what comforts Rayla? then I look straight into her eyes, and kiss her. she looks at me after and I looks like it worked, "your blushing Callum!". I give her a nervous laugh and say "are you feeling calmer now?" she gives me a nod and we sit under the tree and think about how we are gonna find zym.
Rayla's POV
wow. Callum actually kissed me, I never thought he had the guts to do it on his own, especially with him being the dork he is. "how are we supposed to find zym?" I question. "I'm not sure..." Callum says. there's gotta be a way, we can't ask for help from the other villages because they would instantly murder Callum, we are pretty much screwed. Then I get a brilliant idea "Callum, you should look around the forest, ill go ask around in town." Callum nods and he runs into the forest, I start heading to the town.
