A perfect family

Callum's POV

we've been walking in silence until Pamela breaks the silence with a random question, "Hey Rayla, since your a fully trained assassin, could you help me become a better one? I wanna become an assassin that helps people, not hurt them." Rayla gives the kid a surprised look, "Of course!" I look at them and smile, they are already bonding. we stop for a while and I draw for a bit while Rayla is teaching Pamela different stances in fighting. I feel like Rayla teaching Pamela reminds her of Runaan teaching her when she was younger. I start drawing Rayla teaching Pamela and it turns out great, after Rayla is done teaching Pamela I see Pamela walk over to me. " wow Callum, it looks great!" I look up and say "Thanks! I thought the moment looked cute so I drew it!" we both laugh and it was bedtime. Rayla and I both decide that's its best for Pamela to sleep next to Zym to keep him company.

Rayla's POV

as soon as Pamela Is asleep Callum and I chat for a bit and go to sleep. In the morning I wake up realizing that Callum and I were cuddling once again, thankfully Pamela was still asleep and didn't see us. I wake up Callum and tell him that I'm gonna look for berries, once I find some berries I make my way back and see that Callum is teaching Pamela how to draw. I give him a smile, "ok I've got food let's eat and then start walking!" shortly after we eat breakfast we get on the road. when were walking I notice that Callum and I are holding hands, Pamela stops walking and says "wait... are you two..." I look back and say " are we what?" Pamela smiles, "aww thats cute!" I laugh and we keep walking. Callum and I have been bonding with Pamela for a whole week, we've basically formed a family. The other day I found a drawing in Callum's book that had stick figures that looked like me an Callum that were holding hands, I smirked at Pamela who only shrugged.
