Abel walked into the classroom as the teacher, Mr. Nunez took notice of him and said with a smile, "Abel right on time, please take your seat."

Abel gave a small nod before heading to his seat which was next to Tania as she waved at him. He waved back and took his seat next to her, Mr. Nunez was about to begin the lesson when his classroom phone abruptly rang. He quickly picked it up and spoke to the person on the other line. He smiled and then hung up turning to his students before saying, "Alright class I have to leave my wife just called and said that our fourth child is coming so you will be in the care of Mrs. Martin for the day, but first here is your assignment which is due at the end of class."

Nearly everyone except Abel and Tania groaned as Mr. Nunez smiled, picked up a stack of papers and passed a certain amount of papers down the rows based on how many people were in each row. Abel got his paper a few seconds before Tania received her own, his eyes peering up to see Mr. Nunez get off the phone before gathering his things and saying goodbye to his class. Abel got to work on his assignment filling in the blanks with the appropriate words for each sentence while people began to talk instead of doing their work. His focus never drifted from the paper as he blocked out the conversations being held around him. He then looked at his paper double checking his answers before he smiled in satisfaction. He looked to the door to see Mrs. Martin walk in. Her face gaining a smile at the sight of the students, who upon her arrival quickly went silent and to doing their work. Mrs. Martin sat down and kept a watchful eye on every student until her eyes landed on Abel as she smiled kindly. Abel returned the smile with a bright smile of his own. His eyes moved to where Tania sat to see that she had finished her work as well. He then pointed at her paper, drawing attention and then pointing to the turn-in box that lay atop Mr. Nunez's desk. "Oh sure, thanks Abel." said Tania.

Abel smiled at her before taking his and her paper and putting them into the turn-in box. Mrs. Martin smiled at him once more mouthing, 'Hi'.

Abel gave a small wave before heading back to his seat. His attention was drawn as Tania whispered his name in hopes of getting his attention to which she did. He turned to her, his full attention on her as she said, "So when Georgia announced at the table that I and she were once best friends I noticed that you weren't surprised, why?"

Abel than took out a sheet of paper and wrote something down before showing it to Tania so she could read it, 'I knew because she told me.'

"Really? When we were kids I would have to bribe her just for her to tell me what was wrong." said Tania.

Abel nodded before writing something else down then presenting it, 'Yeah she was like that at first but then she started telling me everything probably because I was always there to listen to people. Believe it or not many of my friends were random people who just came to talk to me about their problems and over time the relationships between us grew, I met most of them during the summer the others I had already known.'

"Hm. Well that's cool, but let's move on I got invited to Joaquin's party and I'm bringing my sister with me. I don't know if Joaquin told you or not but she has a major crush on you." said Tania.

Abel nodded making Tania sigh as she said, "He did tell you, huh?"

Abel nodded.

"And you're already invited, aren't you?"

Another nod.

"Of course." Tania laughed as Abel smiled. "I didn't think my fourteen-year-old sister would fall for a fifteen-year-old though."

This made Abel look at her strangely while keeping a smile present on his face. He wrote something down and showed it to Tania, 'Who told you I was fifteen?'
