Abel walked with his step sister, cousins, and nephew by his side as they headed for the game room. They reached the game room and were greeted with the excited screams of children who ran about the large game room. Abel saw a few teenagers from his school as they stood conversing with one another, he craned his neck to the right to see the prize corner being bombarded by children as the worker handled the hyperactive children with calmness. Though something about this certain worker felt familiar to Abel so he squinted his eyes to try and see who it was. His eyes widened as he realized who said worker is. 'I didn't know Elena worked here.' He thought.
Elena's hazel eyes peered up at Abel before she smiled warmly. Unbeknownst to Abel a small blush dusted her cheeks as she moved some of her brown hair to reside behind her ear before she waved at him. Abel gained a small blush as well and waved back with a smile to match that of Elena's.
"Abel are you okay? You're making that face that my dad makes when he sees my mom." said Henry.
Abel blushed harder and nodded his head to Henry before giving hand signals to Elena stating that they could talk later. She waved at him as he waved back before his hands were taken by Henry and Michelle who led him away causing Elena to giggle at the sight. Henry and Michelle led Abel to a pinball machine with Peter and Pamela in tow. "Try this one Abel." said Michelle as Abel smiled at her. He was just about to put a token in when he was again pushed from behind and into the machine, his chest and gut smashing into to front of the pinball game.
"Watch it jerk!" cried Michelle.
Abel turned while holding his stomach to see Max who smirked cruelly at him. Max's eyes shifted to Michelle as he then smiled, "Why don't you but out of it kid?"
"Just because I'm seven years old doesn't mean I can't hurt you." warned Michelle.
Max then got down to her height before saying, "Give me your best shot then."
Michelle didn't hesitate and struck Max's face, her small fist colliding with his right cheek with enough power to make his head turn. Max then quickly stood up as Abel grabbed Michelle's arm and pushed her behind him as he stood in front of Max with the four kids behind him. Max just laughed before asking, "Do you really think you're going to be able to protect them, incase this hasn't gotten through that head of yours then let me remind you. You. Are. Weak."
"Really because the weakling to me seems to be you, bricks for brains." Said a voice and the people looked to see Xavier leaning against a pole with black padding to match its color.
Max snarled at Xavier who stared at him coolly, not fazed by Max's snarl. Xavier didn't even budge when Max stood before him, towering over five inches above him. Max gave Xavier an eerie smile, obviously trying to intimidate yet his attempt was failing due to Xavier's apathetic behavior towards his smile. Xavier just rolled his eyes before saying, "Y'know I'd really like to see you do something to me or them because then I wouldn't have a problem with putting you on your sorry butt. And just so you know I can't be easily intimidated, idiot."
"What the hell did you call me?" questioned Max giving Xavier a harsh glare.
"You heard me." stated Xavier whose glare matched Max's own. Xavier then pointed to the ceiling corner of the area with the others' eyes following for them to see a camera with its red light on meaning that it was recording. "Anything you do will be recorded and though your parents may side with you I, as well as the person watching this going on right now, still know what actually happened so unless you want to get in trouble than I suggest that you leave them alone and go back under a rock you big, dumb as hell goblin."
Max gave Xavier a menacing glare though Xavier was unfazed by the facial expression. "This isn't over."
"Oh believe me, I know its not." said Xavier.
