Chapter 11

Gia's POV

I have no idea why Lexi would go against the plan of blending in. She didnt even tell me that she was gonna do this. Now people are mad and my mom wants me to try to fix it. Im not mad at Lex or anything I just wish she would of told me.

"Are you like the other one?" Reggie asks and sits across from me.

"What?" I question.

"Do you have random color on your body?" He asks.

"No I dont. Thats only Lexi. She is the only one that looks like that." I say.

"She is very different then others and she isnt assumed of who she is. I dont see why people are so mad." I say.

"Thats because she lied. She hid the green and now people see it and are worried Aliens are liars." He says.

"Well we arent. They told Lexi to hide because they know how Lexi is and they though who she is would be good, but what she looks like would scare people." I say.

"Oh. Well Aliens are freaks. Sorry." He says.

"You know you dont have to be a jerk. This is just who were are just like being human is who you are." I say.

"Well I guess that is true. At least I didnt lie like your friend did and if you ask me you dont seem to happy with her either." He says.

"Well Im not. She didnt tell me that she was planning to come clean. So I was in shock when she showed up not covering up her green. It just doesnt help her if everyone is being rude. Im surprised she hasnt done anything yet." I say.

"Done what?" He asks.

"That Im not telling." I say and take of the milkshake.

He then smiled at me and I gave him a small smile back. Wow he is cute.

Galaxy's POV

I was at the Boxing Gym thing with Archie as he was "fighting" some other person. It reminds me of back home when I had to do that against Drax or my mom. Although I didnt understand why they needed the protection on their hands.

"Well what do you think? You know about boxing?" Archie asks me when he stopped.

"Its fine, but what is with the hands being covered?" I ask.

"Thats so no one gets really hurt. Would you want to try?" He asks.

"I guess." I say.

I climbed into the box thing as Archie got out and Archie's coach held up these weird glove things.

"Okay kid. All you have to do is punch these. Okay." The coach says.

"You'll be fine Galaxy. Just focus on the one that goes up. Mr.Keller go easy." Archie says.

"No. Dont go easy." I say.

"If you say so." Mr.Keller says.

"Well I do say so." I say.

"Good luck Galaxy." Archie says.

It began and I hit the glove things as hard as I could just a couple of times and the couch looked hurt.

"Are you okay? Am I hitting to hard?" I ask.

"No.. Its fine.. Really. Why dont we work on kicking." Mr.Keller says.

"Okay. If your sure you are okay. Then fine." I say.

I kicked at the gloves and it didnt take long for him to look in pain.

"Mr.Keller are you okay?" Archie asks.

"Yeah." Mr.Keller says.

"Dont lie. Im hurting you arent I? Wow humans really are weak." I say.

"What?" Mr.Keller questions.

"Its not a bad thing. Its just Aliens are more pain resistant. It takes a whole lot to really get us badly hurt." I say.

"Ohh.. Mr.Keller take a break. I'll work with her." Archie says.

"Good luck." Mr.Keller says and left us.

Archie climbed back in and held up the glove things.

"Archie I dont want to hurt you. Im used to people who wont get hurt easily." I say.

"Dont worry about me just hit." Archie says.

"Okay." I say.

"Punch and Kick as hard as you can." He says.

I did as he wanted and I could tell he was hurting after 5mins. So I stopped, but he made me do it more. After about a half hour he looked like he was in even more pain then before. So I stopped once again.

"Okay thats it." I say taking off the glove on my hands.

"No its fine." He says.

I walked over to him and took the gloves off of him. He was starting to bruise.

"Archie look at your hands. God Im so sorry. I hurt you and I know I would." I say.

"Hey Im fine." He says.

"No your not." I say looking away from him.

"Hey look at me. Galaxy... Dont worry I am okay. Its not a big deal." He says making me look at him.

"Arch, I hurt you. Its because of the strength I have. Im so sorry I never wanted to hurt you." I say.

"Hey, dont worry about it. People get hurt and if they are fine with it that you dont need to worry." He says.

I took his hands in mine and looked down at what I did to him.

"I..." I say.

"Its okay." He says.

He made me look up at him again and then something unexpected happened. He place his mouth to mine and at first I wanted to pull away, but it felt so nice that I continued to kiss him.
