I woke up on the couch of Corey and Devyn's hotel room. I didn't really remember much from the night before. I squinted my eyes towards the open window that showed the parking lot. Corey noticed that I was awake, "Good morning. I've got everything set up for today. The plane tickets are ready for this afternoon and the moving company picked up the boxes from my car. So they're already on the way to LA."

"Corey you are way too organized to be this together." I sat up on the couch and stretched my arms. It was true though, Corey was never organized and on schedule.

"Well, ever since I met Devyn, she's been able to keep me on my feet." Devyn looked up at Corey and smiled as she was applying her makeup in front of the full body mirror across from the bathroom.

"I'm going to go take a quick shower. I'll be out in around 15." I grabbed my navy blue hoodie, jean shorts, a pair of white socks and my Air Force one shoes and made my way into the bathroom.

-time skip-

"Alright, here we are." Corey passed out the plane tickets to Devyn and I as he parked into the Miami airport parking lot. "I'm so excited guys! This is such a dream to me, and I'm living it. Like this is actually real." I gotta admit, I have too much energy right now and I haven't even had coffee. Corey did one of his funny laughs, "This is real, Violet. Most of the guys back home in Los Angeles at the Traphouse are super excited to meet you. I think Sam is picking us up from LAX later at night."

Oh my god. I say that a lot, but it just fits for every mood I have. I quickly got out of the car and grabbed my suitcase that I packed aside from the rest of the moving boxes. "Let's do this!!"

-Devyn's POV-

"Corey, she's super excited. I've never seen someone so excited to go on an airplane." I looked up at Corey while pulling my pink suitcase behind me.

"Dev, let her be happy. She must have been wanting this for a while. Growing up with her, I've never seen her this excited over something either." Corey looked back at me with those brown eyes. I loved him a lot. I'm so glad he has such a good heart.

-time skip to being on the plane-

-Violet's POV-

Corey, Devyn and I all luckily had seats next to each other. I sat in the aisle, Corey sat in the middle and Devyn had the window seat. The only thing that killed the vibe was that I had to sit for five hours and thirty minutes to fly across the country. There's honestly not much to do in the air either. Sometimes they have movies if it's a good plane, but usually it's crammed and extremely freezing. The overhead messages came on, which meant the departure would be very soon.

-time skip 5 hours + 30 mins-

Overhead system: "Alright ladies and gentleman, thank you for flying with our airlines. We have landed safely to the gate G4 at LAX. If this is your home, welcome home. Or, have a nice vacation.

Violet, this is not a dream. This is really happening. Holy shit. This is awesome. Devyn turned to me and smiled, "Welcome to Los Angeles Violet." Corey gave me his cheesy smile that he used to do when we were younger, "Alright girls, Sam should be waiting outside the airport by the baggage claim. I'll send him a text to let him know we made it."

As soon as we got off of the plane, I asked Devyn if she should take a picture of me by the sunset in the airport's window. I posted it to Instagram and captioned it:

' Hello Los Angeles '

Author's Note!

Okay, I lied. Her first Traphouse encounter will be in the next chapter...most likely.
