Time passed by and I was starting to get a little impatient. I had no idea who Colby really was, I just knew his reputation and what he looked like. So this was kind of my way of "accidentally" running into him to start up a conversation. Though it may also be the stupidest thing I've done.

The door creaked open and my eyes shot up from my phone. Was that Colby? Did my idiotic plan work? "Hey kiddo, whatcha doing in here? Everyone is wondering where you went." Nope, just Sam's voice. "Oh nothing, I just wanted to hang out in the garage because it's warmer out here than it is inside the house." I lied but at the same time it was the truth. I haven't seen blankets lying around and they kick the air to 65 degrees. That's a little cold for me.

"Oh, okay. Do you need anything?" Sam came over by the lovesack and leaned on the fridge, "A drink, maybe a blanket? ... if we can find any." We both chuckled and he scratched the back of his head, "Maybe we should invest in some of those?"

I came back with, "Or maybe you just turn off air and turn the temperature up to 73 degrees instead."

"I could do that, but that raises the house cost a lot." Sam joked.

"It's minimal, Sam. Anyways, it's kinda getting dark out." I peered through the windows of the garage, "I think I might head up to bed. Thank you for your hospitality and it was great meeting everyone here."

"Yeah, no problem. Let any of us know if you need anything." Sam walked out the garage and I followed behind him, only to depart to staircase and up to my room.

I felt kinda rude not saying goodnight but I didn't know if Colby was in the living room and I didn't want to embarrass myself or do something dumb. Not that I care, or that he cares. Like I said, I barely know him. I just think he's cute. He could be really rude, or he could be really nice. You never know.

I went to the closest bathroom to remove my makeup and change into black pajama shorts, and a comfy t shirt. I quickly hurried into my room and immediately pushed myself under the covers. Jeez, the Traphouse was way too cold. I took another glance at my Instagram account. I was at 15k and my comments were blowing up on my recent post. I clicked the power button, and closed my eyes.
