Macy's Pov-

Shopping is absolute hell with Arda. It's been hours and all we have done is look for Arda's dress and we stopped at the food court once.

Just once! How absurd is that?! We at least should've stopped like twice per hour.

I've been looking a little but I haven't really found anything that catches my eye. Arda found her dress and it's absolutely stunning. It fits her so well and Axel's going to love it if you know what I mean.

Now, she was pulling me into another dress shop. "It's your turn, Macy," she said in an evil voice. She's like a mini shopping demon child. Worse, a mini satanic shopping satan.

"Why," I groan, dragging it out.

"Because you need and want to blow Bailey away," she says and I blush. "And you know that I'm right." I don't answer her and let her pull me inside. We decide to divide and conquer. I went straight to the black dresses while Arda went to the colored ones.

Once again, I couldn't find anything but Arda came up to me with a pile of colorful dresses. Not one black dress in hand. "Try on time," she said with a smirk.

I tried on everything and the last one was stunning. It fit perfectly but the color should definitely stand out more than black. She said that the most important gang leader had to stand out. I sighed and accepted the dress. We went to the shoe store and bought shoes to match and I also bought a new pair of checkered vans. Stupid mud.

Next, we went and got our hair and nails done, as the gala is in a few days. We both changed it up a little bit before we went back home. My nails were painted black and had a matte finish on them. Arda's Alternating pinky-nude and light blue with a flower design on the ring finger.

We fit the dresses into my car and we sang along to the radio all the way home. Today is Saturday and the gala is on Wednesday. I have no clue why it's on a Wednesday but we've just got to deal with it.

That means none of us are going to go to school that day. The gang life lasts for a whole lot longer than high school life does, deeming it more important.

We walked in the door and saw almost all of the guys playing video games. Some were yelling at the T.V as they were playing Mario Kart. Juston and Nico were also cuddling and I have no clue why they haven't made it official yet.

Everybody knows that they like each other and no one's going to judge them for it. I'm not gonna pressure them though. We had to carry our bags in and when they weren't covering our faces anymore, we looked at the boys.

They had shocked looks on their faces. "You guys changed your hair," Marcus explained from the floor. Okay, maybe we did a little more than just dye. Arda got a trim, but I cut off a good amount of inches. Arda dyed hers a light blue at the root, fading it into a lovely coral pink. I took mine back to my natural color at the roots, which is like a super dark, almost black, brown and then faded it to silver down the edges.

While Arda goes to talk to the boys, I take my stuff upstairs, making sure to hang up my dress so that it doesn't wrinkle. I change into some workout clothes before walking to the gym. I've been slacking on my workouts, but I need to get back into a normal routine now that my wounds are healed.

I do the usual push-ups, sit-ups, pull-ups, squats, etc. Then, I wrap my hands and start punching. And kicking. After a while, I break the bag open and I decide that it's time to take a break. I grab my water bottle and lay down on my back on the bench.

I close my eyes as I drink the whole bottle and cool off. I throw it to where I think the trash cans are. I think it's safe to say that I missed when I heard it hit the wall.

I sigh and just savor the coldness of the fans when the door opens. In walks Bailey and an apple in his hand. I sit up as he walks over to me. "What are you doing here," I asked him.

He tossed me the apple and I caught it, taking a bite out of it. "Making sure that you don't overwork yourself again," he says walking to the fridge in the room and grabbing me another water bottle.

"I won't," I say as I take another bite out of the apple. " I think I'm done for today anyways.

"Good. Because if you weren't then I would tell you to stop," he replies back with a sigh as he sits next to me.

"I know," I told him as I stood up. I realized how tired I am as I went to walk out of the room with Bailey behind me. My eyes are slowly blinking the whole way to my room and as I change.

I walk out and yawn. I flopped down on the bed, immediately comfortable. "I'm going to bed," I mumbled before my eyes closed and I was out like a light.
