The World Needs Iron Man

*MINOR ENDGAME SPOILERS*

[Peter's POV]

Rubble flew everywhere, sharp pieces of armor and rocks impaled the ground.

Bodies littered the battle field and I'm afraid to say the smell of blood is slightly overwhelming.

As I continued my way through the battlefield, trying to protect the gauntlet, I made sure to keep my eye on Mr. Stark.

It feels like it's been forever since I've last seen him and I knew it was. 5 years is a pretty long time.

I ran through the crowd, trying my best to reach my destination.

I let out a surprised yelp when a striking blue light flashed in front of my eyes.

'Crap'

Striking blue beams of light shook the planet every time one hit the ground.

Too occupied with trying not to be fried by the beam, a group of enemy soldiers came out of nowhere and began to pile on top of me, crushing me under.

'Guess it's time'

"Activate Instant Kill" I yelled out, slightly muffled by the ever piling bodies.

"Activated" Karen stated before 6 spider legs (or is it 8?) come out from the back of my suit.

Automatically, the pressure on top of me decreases as the extra legs help me fight off the enemies.

As my legs back me up, I manage to make my way forward.

"I got this. I got this" I exclaimed, trying to calm my self down.

However, I am once again overpowered by them as more and more come along, "Okay, I don't got this. Help! Somebody, help!"

A muffled yell answers me, "Hey, Queens! Heads up!"

Knowing who that was, I heard the familiar whoosh of Thor's hammer.

Managing to break through, well enough to shoot a web, I managed to shoot a web and glide with Mjolnir.

Before I could even feel excited that I was hanging onto a magical hammer, a beam of light cut through my web causing me to fall quickly to the ground.

As my face was inches from the ground, a voice yelled out, "Hang on. I got you, kid."

A blue iron suit grabs onto one of my legs before carrying me off.

'Oh my god that's Pepper Potts'

Before I could even thank her, she dropped me onto a Pegasus.

'Wait, Pegasus'

I saw someone sitting in front of me and I quickly yelled, "Hey! Nice to meet-Oh, my God!"

My words were cut short as an explosion erupted right next to us.

The horse made a sharp turn causing me to fall to the ground, once again.

The gauntlet slipped out of my hand as I fell but I managed to catch it before anyone else could.

My body hit the floor and a sharp pain engulfed my body.

'Oh dear lord'

As my slightly blurred vision became clear again, I noticed that the blasts were getting stronger.
