Everyone was gathered in a small circle once more to discuss their survival. Hopefully for the last time Mina thought. She looked back and forth between Jihyo and Sana who seemed to be having a mental conversation.

"We've tried the 'lockpicking' several times. Nothing seems to be working. Anyone have any ideas?" Jeongyeon told them. Sana who seemed to have stopped mentally arguing with Jihyo slowly raised her hand.

"J-Jihyo might." Sana started as she looked at Jihyo. "Tell them. Our lives depend on it."

Jihyo sighed.

"I'm not proud of this. But, I found the schematics of this place from my father's secret files when I inherited Park Industries." Her expressive eyes travelled through everyone in the room. "I wasn't sure at first but the similarities were too uncanny for this place not to be the same thing I found. My father funded the creation of this, whether or not he knew the true purpose, I'll never know. He took that secret to his grave." she finished. Jeongyeon nodded slowly, and everyone absorbed the info.

"Anything you found that could help us?" Nayeon asked.

"Well, if I remember correctly, there's supposed to be a body disposal system." Jihyo looked at the bodies of the dead in the room. "A metal pipe that can fit one person brings them down to a soft receiving area below. But I don't know if they implemented it here or not" she told the others. At this, the bulbs in Mina's mind lit up. She stood up abruptly attracting everyone's attention.

She walked towards the pedestal, and looked at the wiring from where Jeongyeon shot the speaker unit. She pulled off the metal covering, revealing more wirings. Jihyo sat beside her and fiddled with the wires. Mina backed off. Yeah that's her forte, not mine. She told herself. As Jihyo connected two wires a latch to the right opened before closing again.

"That won't do, we need it permanently opened" She heard Jihyo mutter before fiddling with the wires again. For the second time, the latch opened. 1. 2. 3. Mina counted in her mind. When the latch didn't seem to close, she sighed in relief.

"It doesn't seem to go straight down." Sana told them, peeking into the hole that may quite possibly be their salvation.

"It would destroy the bodies if it went straight, Sana." Jihyo explained. "The goal is to keep the body preserved, at least according to the schematics."

"Then this is it. This is our escape guys. Maybe we have to fight our way out, but it is a progress." Jeongyeon told them. "Are you sure there's nothing down there?" she asked Jihyo

"No it's supposed to be empty" Jihyo answered.

"Okay. Let's go. Do we go with the dead bodies first or..." Jeongyeon paused for them.

"Someone else should go first." Mina suggested. "To make sure the bodies don't pile up."

"I'll go" Dahyun suggested. "That way if someone could possibly be waiting for us there, I can fight them."

"Dahyun..." Sana started but was interrupted by the pale girl kissing her cheek.

"I'll be fine" she smiled. "I'll knock on the pipes to signal if it's okay to come down"

Jeongyeon held up the knife and gave it to the younger. "Be safe"

"I will unnie" the pale girl bowed before, not hesitating to jump in the pipe. Everyone waited with bated breath looking between the hole, and each other. They breathed relief in unison when they heard the knocking on the metal pipes. And so one by one they dropped the bodies down the hatch with Dahyun providing the signal to drop another. Once the dead bodies were finished, Sana followed, and Jihyo second. Once the signal came, Jeongyeon and Nayeon both look at Mina.
