A/N Oh my god! I havn't updated this for AGES and for that I am sooo sorry. Anyway this is dedicated to @SilentEmotions for being an awesome fan and for writing a really good Jack Sparrow fanfic. Vote, comment and fan!

"Let 'em do as they please. Not like they'll be leavin' any time soon." Barbossa's voice echoed through the cave, breaking the silence that had been filling it previously.

It had been awkward once the crew had left, no-one talking or wanting to say anything in case it came out sounding stupid. Or that could have just been me. No-one stood on the pile of treasure anymore, except me, and that was because I couldn't be bothered getting up when everyone else had. Will had been brought over to a stepping stone behind it, his hands held behind his back by one of Barbossa's henchmen.

"Shouldn't you make sure Turner doesn't make a run for it?" said Jack from the other side of the cave. He had started to inspect some of the gold jewels in the cave, but hadn't taken a liking to any of it. "The girl is fine, though. She doesn't even know how to swim."

I resisted the urge to throw my knife at Jack's head as I stood up. I wasn't sure why I had been paying so much attention to him, but over the past couple of minuets I had unconsciously been watching him.

That traitor. I knew I couldn't trust him now, or ever. Even if this was all some big plan of his to save Will - and I'm guessing it wasn't, because the look on Jack's face clearly stated he was pleased with himself for becoming Captain of the Black Pearl again, and for fooling everyone else in the room to thinking he had come to set Will free - there was no way I would forgive him after this. If it was all a plan, then he could have told me before we came here. I should have paid more attention to Will's waring from the first day I got here. It seemed like general knowledge to everyone else.

"How is it any of your business whether I can swim or not?" I asked, deciding I should try and piss him off before I died of boredom. All I had been doing the whole time was carving things in treasure nearby. I had tried to annoy him before, but it had just backfired. "Why would you care?"

"I don't. Simply stating the fact that if you did try to escape, it would be hopeless. And it is my business because you will be a prisoner on my ship very soon, unless we kill you now, love."

"I said, don't call me that," I growled, and turned my back to him. He had called me that each time I tried to annoy him, and it was starting to annoy me.

"What would you do if I did, love?" he said, pausing before the last word. That was it. Oh well, he asked for it.

"Why the bloody hell do you keep calling me that!?" I yelled, jumping up off the mountain of treasure and storming over to where he stood. When he didn't react, merely glanced over his shoulder and then back at the golden goblet he was holding, I punched him as hard as I could on the back of the head.

This was a bad idea for two reasons, the first being it did nothing to him, but give me sore knuckles, and the second being the look of amusement Jack wore as he turned to face me. "What was that supposed to do?"

"Shut up! I am sick of your smart arse comments all the time!" Now was one of those times where I wished I wasn't a mere 5.4 feet tall. It was also one of those times when my temper got a bit out of control.

I felt in one of my pockets for my knives, but found them both empty. Had I left them on the treasure pile? Apparently not, as Jack lifted his hands to present the knives that had been in my pockets only moments before. "These what your looking for, love?"

I let out a scream of anger and tried to snatch them from him, but he jerked his hands away before I could touch them. I didn't bother trying to get them again, and instead resorted to violence and backhanded him across the face, which I was pleased to say worked a lot better than my punch. Both knives fell onto the stone floor of the cave and he wordlessly lifted his hand to his cheek.
