From stars to scars

"But i am falling for someone else" 

Chani listened carefully...and painfully. Just when he thought the weight in his chest couldn't get any heavier after the first few things he heard, he was wrong. He just couldn't believe what he was hearing. He placed his hands in his mouth too carefully not to make any noise as he was quietly sobbing. 

Chani rushed inside the bedroom and collapsed on the bed still unsure how to react after knowing the fact that he wasn't the only person that Rowoon had feelings for.

After telling Inseong what he wanted to say, Rowoon felt as though a massive weight had been lifted off his chest. 

Inseong was speechless and nearly drop the chip he was about to eat. He was unable to formulate any sort of response for a few minutes. 

Meanwhile, Rowoon remained quiet as well, utterly confused and admittedly guilty with what he just said

"Stop being a coward and tell Chani" Inseong finally broke the silence "Tell him everything. He's been worried sick about you this whole time" he then diverted his eyes and faced Rowoon 

Rowoon is on the verge of crying, but he was able to control his tears from falling when he finally processed what he wanted to reply to Inseong

"I love him" 

Inseong let out a small giggle "You love him? Then tell him everything. What do you plan to do Rowoon? Make him believe that the fire in your love is still there? When in reality, it does not exist anymore?"

"So who's that 'someone' in your life? Is she your female lead?  Inseong bravely asked causing Rowoon to gulp before nodding

He knew it. 

Inseong remained silent before heading to their shared bedroom and leaving Rowoon alone 

Rowoon run his both hands through his hair as he is trying to figure everything out. He himself don't know how it happened. All of a sudden he felt that everything is starting to drift apart and everything him and Chani once had is starting to turn into dusts. 

"Im sorry. Im sorry Chani" Rowoon mumbled to himself unaware that Chani is already right infront of him 

"Tell me where did it go?" 

Someone with a familiar voice spoke all of a sudden causing Rowoon to look up. He was surprised to see Chani, lifeless

"C--Chani?" 

Chani desperately stared at Rowoon who looks so exhausted with all the scattered thoughts in his mind 

"I heard everything. Now, tell me where did it go--- your love for me?" Chani's voice cracked

"I-im sorry" Rowoon cant find the courage to look straight into Chani's eyes

Chani stared at Rowoon's beautiful black eyes. Those eyes that he missed. Those eyes that he long for the most. Those beautiful eyes he wants to look at, forever. 

"Rowoon, last time it was there, tickling me before i sleep" he badly wanted to break down, but he needs to let it all out before it consume him completely "Please. Please tell me you just misplaced it" he pleaded "Tell me it was just lost and not gone. Just please" 

Chani tried his best to control his tears from falling but failed. He is clearly aware how desperate he sounded. He loves the taller so much and he is willing to go through hell just to save their relationship. 

Rowoon just cant seem to find the right words. All he knew is that he is very sorry for hurting the younger. He loves Chani so much it just happened that he found excitement in a different skin, different warmth and different breath. He cant help but blame himself because nothing is a lot more painful than seeing the strongest person he know plead and break down. Its all his fault. He knew it right from the start and he has no plans of denying. 

Chani is right infront of him desperately begging for him to stay and its all because of him that he is seeing the younger in deep agony. If he decided to remain and continue with whatever they have, he will surely hurt Chani more and he cant stand to see Chani holding onto this severe pain any longer.

"Remember the night you said you'll love me with all honesty?" Chani broke Rowoon's silence "When you went home giving me that handkerchief because you know its my favorite color? How you said your goodbye every morning because you'll be gone for almost 12 hours" he smiled "Rowoon remember that day you forgot about replying to my messages because you got so much to do in your individual schedule? You have no idea how much i cried because i miss you. You made me forget that i was upsent when  you gave me that warm embrace before we go to sleep and how you said you just want to be with me" 

Chani cant stop his tears from falling as he reminisce those beautiful moments he had with Rowoon

"Stop" Rowoon felt like he was being shot by a bullet right through his chest and ordered chani to stop from continuing his words 

Chani ignored Rowoon's order and continued with what he wanted to say. "You've been so honest, so honest that i heard straight from your own mouth that you are falling out of love with me" he stated "This is not me. I dont do these things, you know that, but here i am begging you to stay when in fact i lost you already" 

He wanted to disappear as he tried to gasp for courage to think about something that can make Rowoon change his mind.

"Again, lets go back to the night when you said you'll only love me with all honesty. And you did. You always did..." Chani sighed 

"You had been so honest and right now i just wished you just lied to me instead"
