This chapter is dedicated to my close friend who shipped Nali, Nathan and Ali, so much.
We stood there hugging as crowds of students passed by us.
"Come on, we gonna be late for history." Nathan said. He grinned at me and separated our hug.
"Oh right." I said, smiling back at him. We walked into history just before the teacher closed the door and rushed to our seats.
"Ok get your textbooks out please." The teacher said closing the door and walking to her desk. She flipped through her copy and called out some pages for us to do.
"What?" I mumbled to myself. Ugh, I conpletely ignored her; its not my fault I was daydreaming. Well...I guess it is.
"What were the pages?" I ask the person in front of me.
"Talking? Alison?" the teacher asked, glaring at me.
"I-I was just asking for the pages." I say.
"Hmph, ignoring me too." The teacher said shaking her head. "The pages were 45-55." She added, slamming her book closed.
I sunk back into my chair and started working.
Sliding my books into my bag, I got up as the bell rang. The dragon teacher didn't give us any homework.
"Im gonna run to my locker. I wanna see if Kayla's there so we can walk to our next class." I said to Nathan as we walked out of the class.
"Sure. I'll wait for you." He answered.
I put my books in my locker, smiling to myself because I remembered this mornings surprise.
"Hey Ali." Kayla said. She calmly stood next to me. "Whats with the smile?"
"What I can't smile?" I asked. Kayla rolled her eyes. She waved at Nathan who had his back on the lockers and was looking at the floor.
"Come on, your going to ruin my perfect attendance to math class." Kayla whined. She tugged at my arm and gave up, instead giving me a death glare.
"Ok, ok. I'm done. Lets go." I laughed.
Nathan chuckled and walked with us to math. After math we all sat at lunch together.
"Hey guys. Hey Kayla." Vic said, looking at Kayla and sitting next to her. "Mind if I sit with you guys?"
"Not at all." Kayla answered. She dropped her eyes from Vic to her plate of food.
"Ali, I was gonna ask if you wanted to see that movie that came out recently. Vic, you and Kayla can come too." Nathan said. He referred to them as if they were together, it pretty obvious he likes her.
"Sure. Kay, do you wanna go?" Vic asked Kayla. She blushed before answering.
"Uh-yeah." Kayla said. She looked at me and smiled. I smirked back at her and gestured to Vic with my eyes.
"Im in. Whats the movie?" I said looked at Nathan. He looked at my face and tried to look innocent.
"Oh its nothing. You'll have to wait until we get there." Nathan smirked at me. I hit him on the shoulder, I hate suspense.
"Hey!" he chuckled, covering his shoulder. I looked at him and laughed.
He put his arm on my shoulder and hugged me, putting him chin on my other shoulder and looking at me.
"Calm it down. Were still in school." Kayla said.
"Look who's talking" Nathan said. Vic and Kayla were holding hands on the table.
