Louis was halfway through a shift at the restaurant , joking about with Sarah and Claire . He didn't tell anyone about his kiss with Harry , they decided to keep it to themselves until things get serious .

He finished cleaning some tables and took the mop back to the counter , when the store's door opened and Harry walked in with Niall . Louis couldn't help but blush just seeing him .

The two greeted Sarah who was closest to them , Harry made eye contact with Louis and sent him a quick wink before turning to greet Claire . Louis walked over to them and gave Niall a hug before turning to Harry , cheeks pink .

Harry smiled at him and pulled him into a hug , Louis wrapped his arms around him and smiled when his scent reached his nose . They pulled back with smiles on their faces , Harry took his hand and took him to the side .

"You doing okay ?" Harry asked , Louis nodded , "Yeah . You ?"

"I'm good . I - I wanted to ask you something ." Harry said , before smirking , "But I'll ask you later ."

Louis whined and grabbed Harry's arm when he was about to walk away , "No , tell me ."

"I'll ask later ."

"Don't you dare leave me hanging ." Louis pointed a finger at him , Harry took his small hand , "Later ." He winked and kissed his finger before walking away .

Louis pouted to himself with a frown , he hated when people did this . Telling him they needed to tell him something then turning it down . Harry was lucky Louis liked him or he would be bald .

Louis finished his shift and got into his car , driving to his place . He couldn't stop thinking about what Harry wanted to ask him .

He parked his car outside his apartment complex and walked out , chuckling when he saw Harry standing right outside the entrace .

Harry smiled up at him as he approached him , "Hi there ."

"Hey , did you get lost on your way home ?" Louis asked with a smile , Harry laughed , "You could say that ."

When Louis was close enough Harry grabbed him by the waist and hoisted him up on the stairs so they'd be on the same eye-level . Louis grinned and held Harry's biceps .

"So , you know how I wanted to ask you something today ?"

"Clearly I remember , I hate being left hanging ." Louis rolled his eyes , Harry scrunched his nose . "Well , I uh , I wanted to ask , if - would you .."

Louis grinned at Harry , it was so endearing watching this bad-ass looking guy stumbling over his words with a soft smile .

"Would you - go on a date with me ?"

Louis couldn't help but laugh , leaning his forehead on Harry's shoulder . Harry chuckled with pink cheeks , "What ? What's funny ?"

"Nothing , nothing . I'd love to go out with you ." Louis said with a grin still on his lips .

"Was I embarrassing ?"

"No , you were cute ." Louis assured him , "You're all tough but you looked so cute asking me , how can I say no to that dimple ?" Louis prodded his dimple gently with his finger , making Harry chuckle . "Do I get a kiss aswell ?"

Louis cupped his cheeks and pressed their lips together , wrapping his arms around Harry's neck as Harry's arms wrapped around his waist tighter .

"Mm , Harry - Harry ." Louis chuckled and pulled back , "I'd love to stay here and kiss you some more , but I'm really tired , today's been really busy ."
