Juniper Pov

I was captured in the most beautiful yet mysterious blue eyes I had ever seen in my whole life. They were so difficult to understand, like the deep blue ocean engulfed in dark hidden secrets.
I broke the eye contact to look at the person to only get goosebumbs all over my body.

Standing in front of me was the most handsome yet scary man I had ever seen. He was handsome, but so intimidating that his looks only sends shiver to ran down on my spine.His eyes never left me. I felt uncomfortable under his stare. It felt like he was able to see through my soul. I felt so miserable in front of him. And his more than 6'1 frame doesn't help me much.

He had an intimidating and dominating aura around him. His presence only was screaming 'danger', 'power', 'money'.He had jet black hair which compliments his beautiful blue eyes. He had a scar in his flawless left cheek which made him look more scary. His face was without any emotions. But his eyes hold so much of emotions. He was wearing a white shirt underneath his black armani suit which perfectly fit his muscular body and broad shoulders. I think he must have six packs abs too. Some tatoos were peaking from under his sleeves. They really draw my attention. And......... My eyes widenend in realisation when I thought he must had caught me checking him out. But I was wrong, he was busy in checking me out . I followed his gaze to only find him looking at my body frame. His eyes hold admiration and lust. I hate when someone gives me too much attention. And he was crossing his limits just like Grayson..... I started panting, pictures of past were playing in my mind. The more I want to forget those things, the more they stalk me everywhere. Colton saw me panting and within a second he came and stand in front of that man blocking my view from his intense eyes. Colton was tall but that man was even taller and muscular than him. I was worried about Colton cause the man's eyes darkened in anger.

Suddenly the man growled loudly. I flinched beacuse of his harsh tone.He called a guy named nathan but he didn't reply cause he was enjoying Izzy's cookies. I softly chuckled.No one can resist Izzy's cookies.My smile vanished when that angry man growled so loudly that I jumped from my seat. "Vincent, remove this guy from my eyesight! " He shouted. The man named Vincent i think, came forward with gun in his hand .I gasped loudly. What he is planning to do??? He pointed the gun towards Colton's head. My eyes widened in shock. And my heart was violently hammering against my chest.Tears started to formed in my eyes. My mind was only questioning me, Who is the man? Why is he here? What does he want? And why he wants to hurt my brother? I looked towards Izzy to find her clasping her mouth with her hands.She had tears too. Why she is not telling something, does she knows this people? That Nathan guy stands from his position. But his face was emotionless. Doesn't he will help me to stop that man? He looked towards me and just gave me an apologetic look.

My mind went blank. I was not able to understand what should I do? Tears were not stopping falling from my eyes. I hate violence and I don't want anyone to get hurt. I quickly ran near that scary man and try to speak but nothing came out of my mouth. He was glaring at Colton. He didn't even noticed that I was standing there.

I was scared but I had to do this to save Colton from this man. I slowly advanced my right hand towards that man scared of his reaction. My hands were shaking violently. When my hand touched his arm, his body becomes stiff. My heart skipped a beat out of fear. He slowly turned and lowered his head towards me.I again broke into tears. I hate myself for being so scared of this man. But I can't help it. His eyes softened. But his face remain emotionless as if he was debating about something in his mind.

"p-please.. lea-ve him.." my voice broke between the statement.
Suddenly his expressions changed. His eyes hardened again. He turned his head to look at Colton and death glared him.

To say i was scared was an understatement. Suddenly
He spoke,"Vincent, leave him. " His voice was calm but full of anger. "But boss y-" the guy holding the gun tried to say something but was cut off with a deadly glare. "I said leave him!"
The guy removed the gun from colton's head and I sighned in relief.

Suddenly all the men started going outside of the house not before giving me confused and amused looks. That Nathan guy waved me and Izzy and told her he will again come to eat the cookies.The angry head man turned around to left the house but not before glancing at me almost like promising to himself that he will come again soon.

The thought of seeing him again made me feel sick....... God knows what will happen............. [A/N: i think juniper is talking about me 😂]
